Happy as can be with my Summer sheets! The price and quality were reasonable. The pictures are showing the fitting on a twin XL mattress , the transparency against a window light, and the length of the flat sheet. I am also showing the sheets after washing them. It says the pocket is 14". My mattress+topper is exactly 13". This fits, but BARELY over the corners. It was kind of tough to put on. I had to really pull it taut. I'm still worried they might pop up. The fitted sheet does not go all the way down on the sides. The feel of the sheets is good for me, but they might get softer after a few washes. ... show more

They're like Percale sheets. Strong, well made & I'm sure they'll last for years. To me, this is how sheets should be. The picture doesn't do it justice. If you're looking for soft or wrinkle free, this isn't for you. (Although they say they get softer when you wash a few times. ) If you're looking for strong, allergy free sheets, then this is definitely for you. I absolutely love these & will be buying more. It's surprising how tough it can be to find 100% cotton sheets with all the misleading titles stating things like "100% cotton alternative" or "like 100% cotton" in the title. This is the 2nd time I'm buying sheets from this seller. It's a little pricier, but you're actually getting cotton sheets, so I think it's worth the premium (which isn't that much, by the way). The sheets look nice as well. Expect a bit of wrinkling after a couple of washes because there is no polyester in the materials used, but if you have a comforter, no one is going to see the wrinkles anyway (which aren't too bad). ... show more

I only recommend washing first because I noticed in the dryer vent that there was some fine white lint, and it might have stuck to night clothes if I hadn’t washed first.
