I've owned this for a year to the month. We love it, never had a problem with it puffing up and staying that way; but there is a problem now. The past couple months it has started to smell, a foul smell like urine. I'm not sure what to do. I thought of trying to wash the giant cover (problem #1) but what if the smell is from the inside foam (problem #2). I don't even know if the cover can be washed and where do I find refill. Seems terrible if I have to buy a new one for owning it just a year and is this a problem with them all (problem #3). It would be nice to hear from the seller about this. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We had this for 6 months and the zipper just started opening up in the middle of it . The zipper is poorly made as the bean bag was used very little and was used by a small 50 lb child to sit in yet the zipper broke open.
