I bought our first Softsac bean bag chair about 4 years ago for my oldest son for Christmas and it is still going strong. It is very comfortable, but you do have to fluff it every once in a while. Our youngest loves it so we decided this year to get her one for her room. When we received it, we were so excited. It comes in a khaki colored disposable bag and when you unzip it, the compressed beanbag will literally burst out of it. Well, when we unzipped the bag (so that it would fully expand before christmas) it burst out and we realized it was pretty much the complete opposite color than what we ordered. Our hearts were set on a pink one and the one delivered was dark blue, so I immediately contacted amazon customer service since I would not be able to get the bean bag back in the box it was sent in to return. The customer service person, Helena, was so sweet and very promptly got a replacement sent out and told us we did not have to return the wrong colored item. BONUS POINTS: The correct colored bean bag made it here before Christmas too!! ... show more

This item is a cover only. It is very durable and at 7 feet long it takes an enormous amount of stuffing to fill it so it is firm enough to keep its shape as a bed or chair. I am on my 4th bag of stuffing now and still adding. It's a work in progress! Machine washable or sponge clean for touch up. Nylon zipper isn't that great, wish it was metal for ease of use. ... show more

We got this to pair with a bean bag chair cover we bought for our granddaughter. I loved the idea that it came in two separate “easy to use bags with narrow necks” that would make filling her chair easy. HA! NOT EVEN CLOSE! It arrived in two boxes, taped together for transporting, which was fine. I opened the first box to find a plastic “bag.” There was no end to the opening in the bag, and as I was trying to remove it from the box, the styrofoam beans went everywhere! After I cleaned up the mess in my living room, I looked at the bag to try to figure out what I did wrong. The “bag” was nothing more than a huge plastic drop cloth that has been tied off on one end to make the bag. However, the opening was about 8 feet across! It was ridiculous. The beans were everywhere—across the floor, under the sofa, recliner and tables, under the baseboards-you name it. It took hours to get them because they scattered so easily, like tiny little cockroaches. I’m betting there are still a few more lurking somewhere and I’ll see them scurrying across the floor when a fan gets turned on this summer If you get this, your best bet would be to remove the plastic from the box very slowly, keeping all the beans loose in the box. Then use the box to pour them into your bean bag cover. If you have pets, keep them out of the room until you’re sure you don’t have any stray beans on the floor. This would have made for a fantastic modern day episode of “I Love Lucy,” or “Everybody Loves Raymond!” 🤣 ... show more

This size is big enough for 2 adults... If I knew how many beans it would need I would have went down one size but a little misleading on is misleading on the amount of material needed to fill it. That's why 4 stars

I’m so glad I bought this cover. The zipper is almost the length of the bag so you can shove a filled bean bag in this cover. I used a insert liner and this cover so I can easily take this cover off to wash and not have filler all over to deal with. Thanks so much!

It is bean bag filler so the product itself is fine, what I was hoping for was the “easy pour.” That being said, a slight avalanche when stuffing a chair in the scheme of things isn’t horrible, just annoying for clean up.
