We literally just got it but everyone fights over it already! We bought this for my 11 year old who is shorter than average but his twin is taller than average and it's a really good size! I am 5'4 and from my bottom to my head I can comfortably lay back on this. I'm considering getting another. Sure it has a smell...but just like a new car does! It'll pass I'm sure and if not I'll spray some essentials oils and that will do the trick. It's very comfortable. Love the orange...it's my son's favorite color. This is by far a great one and I'm glad I chose this one as I read a lot of reviews and searched for many that were not going to be too small. One thing I will warn...it comes in this zipper pouch and it's so very compressed I thought it was just the filling inside...don't panic like I did...it's just tightly packed in and needs to rolled around to open up. ... show more

I genuinely love this bean bag chair. It took some time to reach its full fluff, but that's expected with any memory foam purchase. When you take it out of the plastic wrap, you've gotta break apart the foam pieces so that it can fluff up, but that helps give it the "bean" bag feel. The color is fun and I'm excited for my kiddo (it's a surprise). I only took off points for support because 1) it's a kid size chair so a tad small for me, and 2) because it's a bean bag chair, not a recliner or desk chair-- it's comfy, but not intended to provide lumbar support. ... show more

It's perfect I love it! I bought the three foot in red and it comes vacuumed packed very tight when you first take it out of the box it is in a small square shape and you have to pull the foam apart some, and roll it around, do not be afraid to manhandle it some, it can take it, it is very well made and has 2 zippers one under the other. There is no need to unzip it. The instructions that come with it says to help the foam expand to roll the bag around on the floor which I did for 10 minute or so and after sitting a couple of hours it looks like the picture above. Instructions say can take 4 to 5 days to fully expand. I am very happy with it after a couple of hours so I'm sure I will be more pleased than 4 or 5 days. Great bag. Would buy again. ... show more

I shopped for a new bean bag chair for my kid's room for literally dozens upon dozens of hours. I wanted something soft but sturdy that matched his room decor. This came and it tells you it takes time to expand, so we waited and I guess it expanded? We did everything the instructions said but the problem is that the foam isn't really shredded, it's like huge chunky pieces. So it looks ugly and feels lumpy. My son used to sit in his old one and read book after book, but he never sits on this one because it's so uncomfortable. I broke down and bought some real shredded foam from Linenspa to try to make it look/feel better but I'm debating just getting a whole new one and chucking this one completely. Or maybe emptying the crappy foam and starting from scratch. At any rate, BUYER BEWARE. I regret this purchase every time I see the chair in his room. ... show more

Love this "bean bag". It's filled with foam, so not a typical beanbag chair. It's definitely giant and fluffy though. I gave it 48 hours to fluff up after I opened it. My kids are constantly jumping and climbing all over it, and all I do is fluff it back up occasionally. Really well made! I'm sure this will last us a while! Pictured is my 6 yo. He and my 8 yo regularly share this seat, so it is pretty big. ... show more

The bean bag is so uncomfortable. It's hard, and the stuffing is felt so tight, like a clump of mud. It was re-shaped when I seated on it for a while, and it was so difficult to shape it back to its original shape. I tried to dispose of the stuffing and fill with my own soft particles, but I was terrified when I opened up the bean bag. It was filled by a kind of disgusting debris of sponge, which looks like the cut-off of the poor-quality mattress. It produced uncounted fine dust in my room.! Pls don't buy it!!! ... show more
