I used this product to cover the arms of my husbands new recliner which has electric controls on the side. I bought two sets so that I could put the other set on the ends of the sectional couch which also has controls on the sides. I was worried that the covers would not allow us to get to the controls easy enough to use them, but the material of the slipcovers are the right weight for us to push the controls without lifting the covers. These don't fit wide arm recliners. Save your money if your chair arms are wider than 4 inches. Ridiculous~!

We have a favorite chair in our bedroom. Not only our fav but our German Shepherd’s fav. The arms were awful and the seat cushion so worn out I had to try some Japanese mending techniques on it. Very nice!! Will scotchgard to keep clean but these are great. They stretch to fit most any arm chair. We have lazyboy with motor movement and really needed these as ours have soiled on the arms. Great product and lots of colors. I will purchase 2 more sets at these prices

My mother has fought with her arm rest covers for years. Though she has had many different chairs over the years, one thing has stayed the same: battling arm rest covers that refuse to stay put. She finally has the solution. The armrests on her two recliners and the love seat are all rather large, so I ordered one set to test them. They did fantastic! I then ordered more for the others. All of them stay in place without using the pins with the exception of one arm on her chair, and that's just because of all the abuse it gets from cats jumping up. Finally got the color right. My computer apparently does not show the true color. These go on very easily. Fabric is a bit thin, not sure how it will hold up to the cat's claws (yes, I do trim them weekly). You will need something to secure them in place, like upholstery pins. If you have a large cat or more than one cat, these may not be tough enough for you. ... show more
