They look as described but the sole is somehow too long AND too narrow at the same time. The elastic is not secure, it feels like I could mess up my ankle at any moment. My mom tried on the shoes, and they fit her great, but I guess her feet are less flat because I never need wide shoes, but they just aren't wide enough. My feet are average to wide and these shoes are way too narrow. It’s a shame because if they had fit me, I would have loved to buy more in different colors. Bought these to replace my 10+ year old Walmart pair and I’m very disappointed that they don’t fit.

I don't have a fat foot or anything, but I am also not super skinny... bottom line these shoes are rather tight on me. I typically only wear them to church on Sundays (cause I don't go a lot of other places right now to wear them elsewhere), and they don't really give me any issues. They are cute and stylish so even though I can tell they are tight, I do wear them most Sundays if they match my outfit (and they do for the most part). I have wore these; however, for a longer amount of time, like all day, and they did start to irritate me a bit. When I finally took them off, you could see there the straps had indented into my skin. So based on the reviews I read, I ordered a half size down because people stated they were too wide, straps were too loose or the shoe itself was a whole size larger than expected. In my case, I should’ve just ordered my normal size. Because I ordered a half size down, the shoe fits me as if it’s a half size too small for me (duh-lol) so in my opinion I’d order true to size. The shoe itself is super cute and nicely made. The sole of the shoe is hard (possibly even plastic) so they’re a little loud when you’re walking on hard surfaces but I think it will be super easy to wipe clean so the white stays white. I’ll be buying the natural color if my size comes back in stock. ... show more
