Wore these for the very first time on a night out drinking, didn’t break them in or anything first, and they didn’t hurt my feet for a minute! I wear a size 8.5 in regular women’s shoes, sized up to a 9 wide and they fit perfect and comfortable. I’m plus size, and that being said, my feet are wide. But, these boots had room for my feet to sit comfortably without squeezing, and they didn’t bulge in the middle like most. They’re lightweight for the style, and the color isn’t faded or anything upon arrival. The bottom of the boots isn’t what I was expecting, they don’t have a grippy texture. Snow, ice, or wet grass would probably be a little sketchy until you’ve worn them enough to give them some texture. Overall some pretty high quality boots!

These boots arrived in perfect condition and the height was perfect. However, when I tried them on, they felt really stiff at the top ankle . Made me walk weird. Yes, I know shoes are supposed to be broken in, but these just felt extra hard. For style, the tips of the shoes were very rounder than I imagined from the photos. I like my shoes slightly pointy and these didn't fit my style. That part was my bad for not paying closer attention to that.

I love these boots. I wear combat boots all of the time. I really wanted a pair that I could just slip on and go though because most of my boots are either above mid calf and get hard to lace or some of zippers get damaged or caught and it just takes me way longer to put on boots where I just needed a pair to just slip into and go. These do that job and I am so happy for it. They are pretty good quality for their price. There were no flaws or imperfections that I could see or feel. They didn't have a smell or anything so I am happy for that. My only wish was that they came just a little more above the ankle than they did, but still happy with them.

I do like these boots. They look and fit exactly as pictured. I ordered my regular shoe size (7) and they fit just like a 7. However, they have a bit of a larger sole/footprint I think, so I scuffed the other foot quite a bit everytime I walked... By the end of first day wearing them, I ended up with these black marks on each boot. (picture attached) However I tried a magic eraser and was able to clean them up just fine. Also they worked great as waterproof boots after it had snowed in my area. And the ankle is very stretchy so I was able to wear thick socks without cutting off my circulation. However, the ankle part was also a bit wide so the boots appear to be loose in that area if you are not planning to wear thick socks. They tend to show the wrinkles in the ankle too, but that doesn't bother me- I prefer them to look worn, than stiff. For the price though, they are just great and exactly what I was looking for. Not to mention they are so easy and quick to put on and off- compared to my Blundstones that I always need my fiancé to yank off my feet haha. But these are a fine, low-price alternative and perfect for walking around all day in colder or wet weather! OH but I do have to say that I wore them to the airport and I guess they do have metal somewhere in them that required me to take them off before walking through security if you're in a line that doesn't make you take off shoes.. just FYI. but easy to take on and off!
