Although I usually wear sneakers (Asics running shoes) as my daily shoes, I was looking for an ankle boot for dressier occasions. These boots are so cute, and the extra stitching on the top of the boot really adds to them being dressy. I ordered the black PU boots in my usual size 7 and am so glad I didn't order size 6.5 as suggested. Since they don't have a zipper to facilitate getting them on, I need to push my feet into them to get them on. Although the top of the boot is plenty wide, I had a hard time getting my feet into these boots because I have a high instep. To be honest, at first, I wasn't sure I could get them on, and, admittedly, it was a bit painful to get them on all the way. I was wearing thin socks, and likely would not have been able to get these boots on with thicker socks. I did notice that one boot was easier to get on than the other. Once I got them on, they were very comfortable, and wouldn't have a problem wearing them for an extended period. As you can see from the pictures, there is a lot of room at the ankle. For this picture, I was wearing boot leg jeans which are wider at the bottom. For straight leg pants, I suggest wearing these boots with the pant legs tucked in. Otherwise, you will see the top of the boot under the pant legs. I believe these boots would also be super cute with shorter pants, shorts, or skirts since the stitching on the upper boot is very attractive. Since most boots require a break-in period, I am hoping they will be easier, and less painful, to get on over time. If you have a high instep, as I do, this may be a consideration for you. Although I haven't had these boots for very long, I can't attest to wear and longevity, but I don't think the quality can be beat for this price. So, I have decided to keep them. UPDATE 02/22/24: Today I got the pair of Taupe PU boots, and they are much easier to get on, and are also comfortable with thinner wool blend socks. These are keepers also. The black PU boots look and feel more like a slick leather whereas the taupe PU boots have the feel of a softer leather with no shine. Considering the price, these boots are very cute and the stitching give them character. I would definitely recommend trying these boots. UPDATE 03/02/24: I ordered a few different boots of this type and decided to return both of these pairs. Although they are very cute, as compared to other pairs I tried, these are too hard to get on. In addition, the width of these boots at the top would be more conducive to tucking pants inside the boots or wearing them with skirts or shorts. Since I plan to wear them under my pant legs, I don't want the top of the boots to protrude through my pant legs. I hope this review was helpful for you, I will update this review if my opinion changes.

These are so cute! They fit well as far as size but its worth noting that they are a bit narrow right before the toes area. Not uncomfortable enough to return or even stop wearing but worth warning. They are pure white and the stitching is nice. They seem like they will last a long time!

Going to my first rodeo and I needed a nice pair of boots to go with my outfit and these boots were just that! You can't beat the price and they're so comfortable. I would say these are true to size although I sized up half a size cause I plan to wear thick socks. I love the color and overall, a great purchase!!

These are so much cuter than I expected them to be. I wore them out on NYE and got loads of compliments. The gold is more of a champagne color, the toe box has room and the heel cup is perfect. They definitely run true to size and are shockingly very comfortable. I love how the heel slices in a bit. I honestly think that’s what makes these so stylish. My only critique is the top of the toe box could’ve been designed a bit more stylish but for the price, they’re great. A fun boot that’s comfy to add a little pop to any outfit for a low price…What more good you ask for?

I needed silver boots for my costume this year but I know I will get plenty of wear out of these. Stitching and materials looks & feels sturdy. I am a size 9-9.5 depending on the shoe and since it’s a boot with narrow front I would need a 9.5 but that isn’t a size option. I followed someone’s recommendation to size up because they run narrow so I got a 10 and I’m glad I did. They are comfortable and I have wiggle room with thick socks on! I also have thick calves and the shaft of the boots offers a lot of space. Easy to slip on and off. Would definitely recommend! Update: The boots held up well and went with my costume perfectly! (Space alien cowgirl) I have now purchased an additional pair, this time the 2-tone black and white. Exactly as pictured and fit the same as my first pair. Pink and gold are next on the list :)

This is a well made, nice looking boot for the price. However, I returned them because they were very narrow, and the toe was very pointy. If you have a narrow foot, these would be a great pair of boots to try.
