This works very well to make no-slip socks. It was impossible to find ready-made no-slip socks that would not aggravate my step-father's foot and ankle edema since they all have bands at the top or are just too narrow. After I found good medical socks with no band, I applied this liquid in a dot pattern across the bottom of the socks (after inserting a slipper into each one to expand the fabric) and it worked perfectly! I cut the opening of the tube a bit larger than needed so my dots were larger than i had planned, but no problem. Just know that the liquid in the bottle is not very thick when being applied, so cut the opening accordingly. The socks I used were a cotton blend. Note - it takes several hours to dry. Be sure to put the socks in a place where they will not be brushed against. I accidentally rubbed against them with my sleeve and I haven't been able to get the product out of that shirt. Which is actually good, since it indicates that the product will stay on the socks. I have washed and dried the socks; the dots stayed put and did not harden or smear. I didn't dry the sock with as much heat as I would normally, just as a precaution. It did take a little longer to get this product that some others but it was worth the wait. It is shipped from Europe. Highly recommend!

Needed to have something to make some mittens non-slip when gripping the steering wheel. Worked great and easy to use. You do have to look very carefully at very tiny print to find the directions in English but it is very easy to use.

Tried to use it to add traction to bottom of knitted slippers. Dried very tacky and didn’t look good at all. Also, I didn’t realize that the directions would be in German, so I had to improvise.

My mom has lost weight and had many workout pants she loved that fit but the waist band was loose & they slide down along with the crotch and consistantly pulling them up. She added this to the waist bands insides and it actually worked. It was going to be a hit or miss scenario but it was a big HIT!!

If you don't like your feet slipping downward in your boots, use this on your trouser socks. It works great! Just don't make a big blob of glue because it will be a bump under your foot. Smear the glue and make sure you do both sides of the sock bottom. Wait 24 hours and you're all set. Fantastic idea.

It seemed to take a long time to dry, and even then, it was not what I was expecting at all. Is there a clear or white option for this product? I do admit that I used it sparingly because of the black color on soft yellow slippers.

Easy to apply. be sure you let it dry 24 hours. I used it for horseback riding jods to help me not slip in the saddle. worked great and a lot cheaper then the fancy store-bought jods that have the non slip already built in.
