To be honest this company we purchased this product from is terrible. We bought this for my daughter for Christmas which we didn’t use it until the weather started getting warmer. She rode it two times and the parts stopped working so we reached out to the seller to ask them to help us so they sent us a new product still didn’t work contact them again. They sent a new product still didn’t work so then I requested to have the product replaced and they refuse to replace the product . Honestly, this company should be ashamed how they’ve handled this situation with me and I’ve been more than patient and taking the parts each time they’ve came putting it together again trying to get this to work for my daughter, but it’s been nothing but a hassle and I would recommend to anybody to not buy this product and to get something different or even a little more expensive just because if it does break, the seller does not really help you to get the product working, which is a shame because the four wheeler is a nice product. We got this for our daughter and it quickly became her favorite pastime outdoors. We really like that you can control it with a remote and that it has different speeds. It’s durable and I really like the design of the shocks and the wheels. They are not cheap plastic and are functional in many ways. My daughter can ride in the grass and dirt on the sidewalk and many other terrains. The only thing is we wish the battery lasted longer and the charger was a little bit more durable. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: They're fun. The battery can last a good bit but the bolts that hold in the handlebars come out way too easily and it's already breaking in the steering column on both of the two I bought for my boys. Is it possible my boys are a little too rough with them sure but honestly if they're going to be that easily breakable they shouldn't be advertised for kids ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I charged the battery for over 24 hours. My grandson rode it and like 10-15 minutes later the battery died. We hooked it up to the charger and as you could see the battery charge goes down quickly. He has not been able to use it and it was a Christmas gift .
