Great little stand. Served my purpose but had to tilt my head up too much to read my pattern. Wish it would go a little bit lower. Would be great as a music stand if standing. Paid more than I wanted but it is a pretty good quality.

I use this as a Dungeon Master to hold my iPad and notes while I use the tray to roll dice. I was worried at first about the stability of this stand because of the pricey electronic it held but the base is surprisingly heavy and offers a lot of stability. Add to it a few ankle weights and I have no concerns any longer. The plastic tray is a long-term worry for me; it attaches awkwardly and feels like an after-thought given the rest of this is metal and wood. It is adjustable though not very much and if you're a tall person (maybe above 6'?) you'll find yourself looking further down than is comfortable for extended periods of time. Overall this is a solid, budget-friendly podium option that is easy enough to tuck in a corner of your home or office and bring out when needed.

Easy to assemble. Love the shelf below the music holder. Handy for a variety of things like picks and tuners. Adjusting is easy. The music holders are great as well. The bottom plate is stable and doesn’t take as much room as stands with tripods. Overall perfect for my needs.

The wood finish is very nice. All the pieces fit together well and solidly. No rattles. The tray is a clamp design to the pole and fits anywhere on the extension. The base is solid, heavy, metal. The base has a thin foam pad under it to keep it quiet against hard floors and will also protect the floor.
