Size: 6-12 months. My daughter is on the smaller side of a 7 month-old, 14lbs 12oz, 26 inches long and this is slightly big for her. By Halloween in one month, it should fit her perfectly size and lengthwise (in terms of the skirt). I can see how it might be too short for a baby that is taller than my daughter. Material: pretty flimsy, so it's good if your child is not crawling/walking too much or will only be wearing it a few times. The puff sleeves are not naturally puffy and the blue on the puff is ribbon that looks like it could be pulled loose if your child likes to tug at things. The back closes up with Velcro, which is nice. Overall, it's a pretty good value for a cheap costume, but I would invest a little more $$ if you want something that will last or if you have an active child. Some Costcos have this same costume with better material, but I think it only comes in toddler sizes.

I bought this for my daughter who wears 12month clothing for Halloween 2013. We tried it on last night and if fits perfectly! I am SOOOO happy/excited for her to wear it and show her off! I would say a girl from 9months to 12-18month could wear this. 18month would be too big for it, because of the waist.The skirt/dress ends at the knee, so I will have to get her tights. The only surprise I had was the sleeves. The blue strips, is ribbon. It just connected at the ends. So it kind of "poofs" higher than the red poof. If you mess with if you can get them too look like the picture. Not a big deal and I am totally happy with it. If this concerned you, you could sew or glue the ribbon to the red sleeve. The front of the yellow skirt has sparkles on it, which makes it super cute! After I bought this I saw 3 other snow white costumes that were not as cute for $30! This is a great deal. I am very happy with the purchase and would buy again. Would absolutely recommend!

Only complaint would be that I wish you could remove the Snow White brooch on the front. If I cut it off their would be a gaping hole on the front.
