It does the job and we have continued to use it. Wish the strap didn't move as much as it does at times and needs readjusting. Fits well, easy to adjust. Came on and off well when wet and dry.

I bought one of these for my son and he absolutely loved it. I turned around and bought one for my daughter and she loved it as well. Keeps them up and unlike others, it doesn't choke them when they jump in the pool.

While this item is very cute when put on it slides up and does not provide much buoyancy in the water. The strap is not secure and slip loose as well. Additionally, I thought I was purchasing a new product but upon delivery it was labeled as a return used item. Return it.
