Wide clear view and not a drop of leaking

I've used this both for laps in the pool and for snorkeling out in open water, and it has held up great in both. The first thing that won me over is the seal. It suctions onto my face and stays watertight, no slow leaks trickling in and no stopping every few minutes to readjust and dump water out. The 180 degree view is the other standout. Instead of the tunnel vision you get from little goggles, I can actually see wide and clear in every direction, which makes a real difference when there's something to look at underwater. The lens stays clear too, with no fogging that ruins the moment. I also love the built in nose cover. I can equalize my ears with a gentle press instead of pinching my nose, and it keeps water out of my nose entirely, which used to drive me nuts. The side buckle makes dialing in the fit a one handed job, quick and easy. For a comfortable, wide view mask that seals tight and works for both swimming and snorkeling, this has been a great pickup.

I only bought for the appearance

I bought this one for my husband and me. I am not a big fan of snorkeling masks with the covered nose piece because I am a nose breather, and I can't get used to it when I am underwater trying to breathe in LOL, but they're cute. Just not for me. The adjustability I am unsure of; I never tried them on, but my husband said they were too small on him, yet they were a bit too big on me. He can see out of them, but they aren't that much anti-fog. Quality is good; it is tempered glass and a very good price compared to the plastic ones I have.

Comfortable, but still fogs up. Not a lot of visibility to the sides.

This mask has a good fit, though it did fog up still. Pros: - The skirt around the sides is flexible and molds well to the face. The mask is comfortable. The straps are also wide and comfortable. It didn’t pull my hair out when I removed them, which is nice. - The seal is pretty good. It might take a couple tries to get it just right. - The part over the nose is flexible, but won’t cave in. It’s a nice touch. - It comes with some helpful suggestions. - Easy to tighten. Not so easy to loosen. - Good looking mask, with tinted lens. Cons: - A bit difficult to loosen. You have to take it off in order to loosen the straps. - It still fogs up. We didn’t apply baby shampoo or anything before hand, which would probably help. I was hoping the mask would not need those extra steps. - The sides of the mask are not clear, so visibility is not as good as some others. While the description touts that you can see 180 degrees, this is the least that any mask offers. - The colored lens changes the color of things slightly. It’s not a drastic change, but the warmer colors look cooler. Like sunglasses. This mask will work okay, and I like the flexibility of the skirt. It’s not an outstanding mask, and because it still fogs up I’m giving it 4 stars.

great as a backup scuba mask

at $20, this is not going to be a hardcore scuba mask. i would not use it as such and cannot speak to long term durability. but it fits in my wetsuit pocket and i can keep it as a backup mask. unlike most scuba masks i have, this has a LARGE viewport. you get a very wide field of view. there is a tint but it's not super noticeable. the seals were good for my face when i tested at about 20 ft depth. the size does mean it feels a little less streamlined than my tusa, and there's no way to have a prescription added. overall this i feel is a good value for money.

Comfortable Seal, Huge Field of View, and a Great Value at $20

Okay, first off—this mask is $19.99 and honestly, at that price, just get it. I love it. Fits great, super comfortable, and adjusting the strap is so easy—one-hand click and done. When I inhale it actually sucks onto my face, which feels super secure. I tested it in the bathtub first (because I haven’t taken it out snorkeling yet), and it held a perfect seal with zero leaks. My hair didn’t get caught when taking it off, which is huge. I also love that it has UV protection built-in, so your eyes and the sensitive skin around them aren’t getting fried. The fit is excellent, worked for me and my husband, so it’s truly adjustable for multiple face shapes. The nose cover is comfy and lets you equalize easily, which is perfect for beginners or casual diving. Some things to note for buyers: no snorkel comes with this mask, so don’t expect one—you’ll need to have your own. But the listing does say that, just wanted to make sure people see it. The color is adorable—I got pink/purple and love it. The silicone skirt is soft and snug, which makes it feel premium, but also delicate, so be careful: kids or dogs could poke a hole easily.
