Was initially so disappointed because frames arrived scuffed and with surface scratches. Ah, but then i read the tiny print in the top left-hand corner that said, "Remove Protective Film." That's a game-changer. Once you figure out HOW to remove the film, underneath is a pristine frame with no scratches or scuffs! YAAAAAAYY!! I started film removal on top of the bottom stand. Easier than starting at the top, which I could never figure out. The protective film is wrapped around the entire frame and you will find removal very gratifying. I sure did! ... show more

I took a risk and placed two orders of the second-hand version, even though some reviews showed photos of them arriving cracked or scratched. All 24 frames were in brand new condition! Want to repeat what other reviewers mentioned to **remove the plastic film before using.** (Also, side note if you plan to use these to frame monthly pictures for a baby’s first birthday as I did… you will need 13 frames, not 12, if you took a newborn photo too 🤦♀️ Good thing I placed two orders…) ... show more

Makes a nice holder for beverage menus for a local restaurant...easy to replace the card stock when it needs to be revised or reprinted, and is made of beautifully clear acrylic. It's not mentioned on the package but is worth noting that the holders each come coated with a thin cling film that is slightly less clear than the acrylic itself. For the most attractive display, the film should be removed. In other cases, it may be handy to leave it in place for a while to make the acrylic less susceptible to fingerprints or scratches. ... show more

At first we thought that we had quite a few damaged and I was ok that they didn't look that great because of price. Like I wasn't expecting much for $.75 each! Little did we know they have a plastic film on them that you have to remove to uncover perfectly clear picture frames!!!! It was a revelation lol! I hate that we sent customers out the door with the film still on but they had looked good enough to send out. This extremely good quality especially for the inexpensive price! I think it has some bad reviews because you don't know to pull the protective film off! The pictured was the worst looking one! ... show more

I had a number of old photos of family who had passed away. The air where I live practically eats photographs. I needed a way to preserve the ones I had while also not having to constantly replace the replicas I had made. These were perfect. The plastic presses down over the images making a fairly tight seal.
