One of the batteries work but the other has been defective. Sent an email about this but was told to go to Amazon and send through there. No response. There was also a card when I purchased saying to contact then via email and not to go through Amazon lol. Confusing how it was not helpful at all. I would have given the product five stars I loved everything about it from the product looking like the actual Xbox console but the battery cover they provided that makes the unit work doesn't fit on the controller and I had a whole concept I was going with and a couple of millimeters throw that off they fix that issue and they are great with the Xbox one x controller only thing I thought the controller never changed. ... show more

While I am pleased with this. I do have an issue one of the battery packs refuses to charge while the other is fine. Not sure if damaged in shipping process or just a bad battery pack. Didn’t really see that happen too often to anyone else. So maybe it was a strange occurrence to me. However aside from that it’s a good product that serves me well and saves me from buying AA batteries all the time. ... show more

    • Poor design
The cord that attaches to the docking station would not stay in there for would not charge the controllers. Battery pack does not fix the new style Xbox 1 control at all and is not a good fit on the old controller either.

Ordered this for my cousin and it does not fit his newest Xbox controller unfortunately. Had to return the product. But as soon as I returned it I got Amazon credit instantly.

    • Horrible Product DO NOT PURCHASE
Horrible product didn’t work, so I requested a new one and returned the first one. Then I received the second one and it still didn’t work! I requested a refund sent it back August 21 22. I have no refund! I recommend no one purchase this.
