As far as I can tell it prevents sunburn. There is some color to it so it can be used as a foundation. I'm not entirely happy that it doesn't easily give a smooth surface without a lot of dabbing. Still, the price is very reasonable and I'm going to continue using it on days I expect to be out in the sun. ... show more

This tinted sunscreen is okay. I got the Ivory option and it has quite a bit of pink in the tone, which doesn’t really help to cover up any redness/blemishes and more accentuates them. It is a pretty thick formula and it’s a little hard to spread evenly on my face. The sunscreen does have a smooth texture to it and leaves my skin feeling softer though. It has a kinda of perfumey fragrance that I can’t quite put my finger on, but it reminds me of a smell from like the 80s/90s cosmetics/perfumes. The 2 pack is a pretty decent deal. I am a Latina with neutral undertones and an olive complexion. I ordered this in the medium shade (that I guess is no longer offered at the time of this review). I received two boxes of the Snail BB Cream SPF 50 Foundation. Here are my honest thoughts after trying the product: - any beauty product that has numerous typos throughout the listing, product packaging, and on the product component itself, is a huge red flag for me. Therefore, I only tested this on my hand before throwing it away. - the product is heavy, hard to blend, and is whiter than white - the "medium" is not in the room with us. Based on my experience, I am skeptical that this product is what it says and does what it claims to do. I did not feel safe putting it on my face. And even if I did, the shade is atrocious - casper white, but labeled "medium." The listing currently shows you can get two boxes of this stuff for $12.99 - on it's face, that sounds like a great deal, but I wouldn't recommend buying this product. ... show more
