Can't beat the price. I've been wearing these nose rings from various sellers for years. I've never had an issue. I've only ever had one gemstone fall out and I had worn the nose ring for months straight(because I'd misplaced my others). Some of the nose rings have had a defect in the metal by the gem but it's been rare and I just toss those. The packaging can be hit or miss. This time mine came in perfect condition. These nose rings are great I love them but the fallout is that I ordered 22g L shaped and I got that but there was a mix of 20's, the size is a 22 gauge, there are lots of different colors and sizes, they never fall out, the are super easy to put in and to take out, but they are amazing for the price and for the ease of it ... show more
