Some wigs state in the description that they are one length but when they arrive, they are different than what was initially described. The texture is nice and soft and very human like the way a human hair wig should be. There is no offensive smell, and the knots are top notch quality. I like this wig but it is overpriced. First, what I liked; 1) the packaging is nice with all the extra goodies, 2) there is no smell, 3) the length id hood but I would order 14 inches if you intend for 12 inches, 4) the texture is awesome, 5) density is more than I expected. Now the bad part; 1) the closure needs a lot of work - it’s a hot mess, 2) getting a good fit is not easy, 3) the wig sheds, which the directions state is likely so be prepared not to bring this wig into your kitchen. Overall, it serves my purpose because I needed something quick. This is a short term not ready for the long haul. If I had to buy it again, I would get a 16 inch and then cut to my specifications. I hope this helps!
