Surprisingly useful. I saw this on vacation and thought Ill get one and see how it goes... Well, you can put sandwiches in , buttered toast, slightly falling apart pepperoni bread, all with good results.. One side of the rack opens 90 degrees, and there is a solid flat bottom which will catch melted butter or cheese. ... show more

Limited use, but works OK for sandwiches. Rather expensive for what you get. An electric grill press is a better tool.
