If you have a big head, size up — I initially bought a medium and had to return it to buy a large. But, look: I was in a nasty accident and it kept my head in one good piece. The app is not the best and the helmet does not fit properly. It is hard to tighten the straps and is very uncomfortable around your ears. I sent it back right after I got it.
