Since last 2 weeks in May, the app is not working and the watch cannot connect to the app. Cannot receive calls or text and weather etc. Support emails not working either. A disappointed customer!! My husband wanted a smart watch but didn’t want to pay a hundred + dollars for one. He researched and found this one. He has had it for several months. Uses it daily. He recommended to some friends and they purchased one also. It more than meets his needs. We are impressed with the watch for the inexpensive price. Many features are comparable to more expensive watches. Outgoing/incoming calls, receives text messages, monitors heart rates, calculator, camera, weather, pedometer and more. It has a nice bright screen. Quite a long battery life that lasts several days. It’s was an easy setup with the app on a Samsung s20. Only downside is that it cannot send text messages. Package arrived on time, easy to use and figure out how to set up and link to your phone and app. Plus there is a lot of free backgrounds, dials, etc that you can immediately download from your phone to your watch via Bluetooth. If I'm linked to my phone it'll even vibrate and tell me on the screen "get up and move around!"     • App Doesn't Work on Pixel 7a
I was really looking forward to having this watch. On receiving it, I discovered the app associated with it absolutely WILL NOT run on my Google Pixel 7a. When I attempt to run the app, a black bar with yellow marks appears on the right side of my screen, flashing in and out repeatedly. Then the app closes without ever opening properly. The paperwork that comes with the watch mentions an email address of support@andfz.com. I attempted to reach out to the via email to find a resolution to this problem. I immediately got a response back that said "Your message wasn't delivered to support@andfz.com because the domain andfz.com couldn't be found." The delivery for this watch was already delayed by several days because UPS fouled up the delivery badly. The package arrived undamaged, but I was so excited to finally have it in hand. This has been an absolutely infuriating experience. There is zero reason for me to keep this watch. I've already started the return process. ... show more

I've had this watch since January 2023 and it still works just as well as it did on initial purchase. The battery life of this watch is definitely the most impressive thing to me and was the most important thing for me when looking for a cheap smart watch. I think the longest I've managed without a charge is about 4 weeks now but I haven't had the need of a watch, so it's rare use. (The picture provided is the 4th week I've had it not charged) Daily use with the heart rate monitor on I can get at least 1 1/2 weeks on a single charge. Charging is pretty quick to, last I recall it charged from about 37% to 100% in an hour or so. The watch also has wrist detection which works pretty well even after my extensive use. Be aware the animations of moving from screen to screen or swiping down for settings etc are not smooth. I wasn't expecting a premium experience but it caught me off guard at first, making me think it was lagging. I think the lack of smoothness is to save battery life. The included screen protector they give as a present is just a piece of plastic, I preferred not to use it since it just made the watch too bulky for my taste. But even after about 6 months of use it isn't even needed. I'm usually careful with my belongings but this watch feels quite sturdy. I highly recommend for those looking for a simple cheap smartwatch, clearly in my use case it'll last for a good amount of time durability and battery life wise. ... show more

This watch is great! I wasn't looking for anything fancy. I don't need a 300 dollar watch I like cheap but reliable and so far so good! I needed something to alert me to text, phone calls, and email. I tried 2 other watches before this and they both had issues with the phone part and alerts. This one does it all! I have had it for a little over a month and I am very happy with it When using the watch for a call it is loud and clear. I receive messages as expected. The type is small but that doesn't bother me because I really just want to know who it is from so I know if I need to grab my phone and reply in a timely manner. Definitely flow the instructions on set up and it will work great. The battery life is awesome! I can go 5-7 days on a full charge and I don't feel like it drains my phone battery too much more. Sometimes I want to make sure I am still receiving alerts so I will randomly swipe down on the watch to check to make sure I am still connected, especially if I have left my phone in another room, and almost always it is still connected. If not, I just click on the app and it quickly connects and I'm back in business. I feel like the app is a bit confusing in where to find things but that may just be a learning curve. The only thing I wish was different is that you can only set an alarm through the app. I wish you could set it on the watch itself. The other thing is I wished I had spent extra money for the rose gold but I was so sure it wouldn't work and I would be returning it I just got the cheaper all black model. Oh well. 🙂 ... show more
