I do love that I can wear it for a few days and it not die on me. I love that it tracks my deep sleep or light sleep. I like the notifications it sends but it doesn't send me a notification for group chat texts which is fine but some texts just don't show up there at all. I also got a rash or skin burn from working too much with it on. I'll have it on for like 4 to 5 days straight to track my sleep too and I have a burn on my arm so now I have to take a break from it. Other than that, I don't use it too much for anything else but it's useful and I love it. Despite my burn on my wrist. Just gotta let it heal and I'll be good for the next set of days. ... show more

All around I really do like this watch. The price point was right not too pricey. The only two things that I do not care for I cannot figure out how to update operate the weather is not the current temperature in my location. Also I really would like to be able to sync my health information to my phone but it isn’t capable of doing that right now. All in all this watch this exactly what I expected when I purchased it. I was not expecting an Apple Watch so if anyone is basting the reviews of that don’t. This watch is exactly what it says it is a smart watch tracks your health sleep heart rate and O2 stats. I like the message notifications you can select which ones you would like to receive on your watch. This company is upfront letting you know that you cannot return messages nor except calls on the watch. Battery life is great I have been using it 3 days and still at 80%. The instruction booklet has the QR code I scanned it but couldn’t get it to pair. However the watch itself has the QR code I scanned it and it immediately paired with my phone. ... show more

This watch seems nice for the money. I like touch screen and face. It’s a little bulky. The app is terrible. I don’t like that I have to go through the phone app to set an alarm. Can’t do it directly on the watch. I feel like I should just use my phone at that point. The messages app on the watch is NOT for text messages, it is for emails. That is also a let down ... show more

I liked the watch. I felt the versatility, such as changing the watch face, and the many other options surpassed my original smart watch. But, the day after setting up the watch, I was unable to get it to again pair with my cell phone. After trying many options, such as resetting the watch to factory settings, uninstalling the app on my phone and reinstalling, and working with the manufacturer, I had to send the watch back because I couldn't get the watch to pair with the phone. The manufacturer assistor was attentive and tried several times to troubleshoot the problem (via email) over the course of many days. I found it very easy to work with him but in the end, he recommended returning the watch. I felt very comfortable with this company because the rep was so available (via email). It would have been much better if I could have talked with him and have him walk me through the troubleshooting process rather than trying to follow a video sent to me showing me step by step. The problem was that both times I received the video, the picture quality was blurred and unclear. The video was also too bright to see. There was one issue I had with the watch itself and that was that the watch face didn't become visible with the turn of my wrist. The watch is wayyy worth the buy! The battery life is great! It counts steps great and monitors everything pretty good! If you got it for the sleep monitor, then you may want to get one a little more focused on that. I have been using it and it does okay. You have to sync it to your handset and then every night before bed>main menu> swipe left twice past steps and heart monitor to the sleep monitor and make sure you do that before sleep otherwise it will not record. I also downloaded a random sleep monitor to help calibrate my watch. The ovulation and period monitoring is not great so sti I with your own calendar or your handset. Other than that. I had no issues with the temperature or it being in china time zone like others have had complaints about. The battery last for days. I bought it on the 18th of September and didn’t need a charge until the 28th. It has not held the charge that long since. It does last every bit of 5-7 days. Dependent upon yourself and how often you are using it. I would buy it again before I bought an apple for hundreds! The app needs to be updated you can’t add anything in the app to make it sync with the watch so just use your devices health app instead. Hope this helps some. It's been a year with this watch now and it's not been great. Drops connection to the app and my phone on the regular, loses all tracking data, and I have lost count of the number of times I've had to factory reset it. I've been wearing it for a year and have little to no data in my account. Works fine as a way to see who is calling, see incoming texts, and a part time watch, but if you're looking for a fitness tracker then I'd shop for something else. ... show more
