If you’re looking for a simple way to track your workouts, steps, sleep, and honestly a lot more things that I never considered or thought about - health wise at least - this is a very good and extremely functional intro to that management. The strap options make it an easy fit for ANYONE. Literally I’m sure you could strap it to a twig and still get a clear reading. The display screen is clear, exact, and has more than enough face options to keep the most jumpy person switching without worry. There are some premium face options for purchase and that really depends on your aesthetic. The free ones are fantastic regardless. You can view steps, calories, texts, emails, even IG notifications on the screen. Note though you can’t text on it, but realistically who’s trying to text on a 1-2in screen? Be serious now. Calls are clear and the loudness is good considering the price of this smart watch. Where it shines is the app! Literally so many options for customization and focus. You can remove or hide functions you don’t use or put the ones you want to address more at the front and center. I genuinely love the fact that EVERY function has a clear description and additional information that lets you know what stats your reading and why they matter to your health at whatever point in your journey or maintenance you’re at. I highly recommend for teens, young adults, and the elderly. Very easy to read, inexpensive entry, and completely hits the mark as a does it what says right out of the box. The watch was much easier to sent up than I anticipated! However, at first I thought I had to purchase an in app feature to use the biometrics because following the limited instructions kept taking me to a membership purchase page. I wish it had more free watch faces and wallpaper as well. I’ve only used it one night so far but I know for a fact the sleep calculator is inaccurate. This is a 5-star review with a caveat. The only reason it stays a 5 and not a 4 is because even though my issue was not resolved, the customer support was really good, worked with me to troubleshoot and when that didn't work they sent me a replacement very quickly, which had the same issue but at the end of the day they gave me support when needed and rectified the issue as best as they could. That means something still, so thank you for that. Summary - it's a great watch overall for the price. It has a lot of features, it has quite a few health tracking options and you can turn them on or off to customize to your liking; steps, 02, stress, heart rate. It really does have a nice variety of options. It's not heavy or anything, it comes with two bands (may vary based on version or other changes to item you are purchasing) which allowed me to take the silicone band off and put on a more comfortable one for working out. It will also track your workouts, which when using the app you are able to go and modify which exercise you like, from things like outside walk or outside run to strength training and winter type like skiing and indoor cycling, etc. It really just tacks your heart rate, duration and things like that to provide a level of effort and duration type of feedback but can use that to help provide insight on other health tracking apps. However, there are two things I do not like about this watch are; Cons (shorter list): The power on and off/home screen button (the only button on it) is on the right side of the watch (I will only wear a watch on my left wrist) and it's quite easy to depress, so... What this means is that when I am down in a pushup position it the back of my hand will press the button and either pause my workout, and if it is depressed too long will turn the watch off... If only there were an option to disable the button during a workout or something to prevent that. The watch also has a hard time tracking a pace correct, while the steps seem to be accurate, in the instance where my wife and I go on a 2.5 mile nightly walk. My wife and I purchased the same watch on the same day, in the same order. She got the pink and I got the black. My watch shows our walk as a 2.13 mile at a 22 minute pace. My wife's watch has it at 2.53 (the posted state Park map is 2.5 miles) and a 17 minutes per mile pace. We finish with a total time of about 43-45 minutes on average. My watch was not accurate, but worked with customer service and got a replacement, downside is that the issue is still there with the new one.. ... show more

I have had my watch for a few weeks now and i can say its fully functional and working as i need it to. I mainly am using it as a time keeper and as a step counter, i also like to keep track of my sleep which this does well. The charge lasts at least a week and it is pretty on my wrist. It also syncs to my phone and I can see my messages and calls. I don't use it to take calls. Its also water resistant and i wear it in the shower with no issue. Seems durable as of now! ... show more

I really am liking this watch. It is a great watch especially for the price. It was incredibly easy to set up and paired with my phone in just a few minutes. The battery life has been excellent, lasting over a week on a single charge with regular use. It’s also very comfortable to wear all day and even while sleeping.
