Purchased November 27, 2025. Failed without warning April 14, 2026. Was pretty decent. Bodily readings (Blood pressure, etc) were pretty consistent and accurate but the watch just crapped out. It wasn't dropped or submerged... Got low battery warning and tried to shut it off 20x, but it turned back on and buzzed. Tried it on 2 different chargers and also held the button for well over a minute but no change.... Disappointed. ... show more

Nice looking and easy to set up. I contacted customer Service because the band was way too big for me. They sent me a nicer metal band that fits my small are. Very functional and I am enjoying it. Now if I need help I can call 911 from the watch.

    • Pedometer doesn’t track correctly, but a lot of cool features.
I got this to replace my Fitbit charge 5 that crapped out on me for the second time in two years. The first one got replaced under warranty, so I couldn’t bring myself to get another if it will just die every year. Anyway was really liking this watch because the value for the money. I wanted an Iwatch but hate the battery life, so was hoping this would do the trick but I noticed that the pedometer wasn’t tracking my steps accurately and also the time wouldn’t always come on when I lifted my wrist. It was comfortable to wear to sleep for the 3 days that I’ve had it and it seemed to track my sleep pretty well. Another thing that I didn’t like was you cannot return a text from the watch. Other than that it looks almost like an Iwatch and doesn’t weigh too my SIL didn’t know it was a knock off. It’s a good alternative to an Iwatch and could be a good alternative for a kid or teen if you don’t want to shell out the money. ... show more

    • To save you time the BAND SIZE IS 24mm NOT 20mm!!
The watch is nice very smooth look, easy to connect, water proof of course I’m not going to drown it in water but rain and washing my hands don’t bother it, the sensor in the back doesn’t irritate my skin, not bulky, and works perfectly not sure how accurate the step counter is but with all the watches I’ve tried out I honestly don’t think any watch is very accurate. But I believe 3 weeks in the clip to the the band broke and I’ve been struggling to find a band that fit the watch. In the question tab I ask “what size band the watch use?” it said 20mm so I bought a 20mm band and it didn’t fit…I would really hate to return this watch because I can’t find a band that fits 🥲🥲 UPDATE 1-5-26!! THE BAND SIZE IS 24 MM!!! 24mm fit it nice I had to adjust it a bit to make it stay in place but my watch is staying on☺️ I will still try size 23mm just to see if it’s the perfect fit and I will give an update😁👍🏾 ... show more

I’m very happy with this watch! I had to go online to find out how to set it up because the instructions are useless. Once it’s set up it’s great! The main reason I bought it was for the BP ability that it has. Not only can you take your BP when you want to, but the watch randomly takes it throughout the day on its on.
