Nice looking and easy to set up. I contacted customer Service because the band was way too big for me. They sent me a nicer metal band that fits my small are. Very functional and I am enjoying it. Now if I need help I can call 911 from the watch.

The watch is nice very smooth look, easy to connect, water proof of course I’m not going to drown it in water but rain and washing my hands don’t bother it, the sensor in the back doesn’t irritate my skin, not bulky, and works perfectly not sure how accurate the step counter is but with all the watches I’ve tried out I honestly don’t think any watch is very accurate. But I believe 3 weeks in the clip to the the band broke and I’ve been struggling to find a band that fit the watch. In the question tab I ask what size band the watch take it said 20mm so I bought a 20mm band and it didn’t fit…I would really hate to return this watch because I can find a band that fits 🥲🥲

I got this to replace my Fitbit charge 5 that crapped out on me for the second time in two years. The first one got replaced under warranty, so I couldn’t bring myself to get another if it will just die every year. Anyway was really liking this watch because the value for the money. I wanted an Iwatch but hate the battery life, so was hoping this would do the trick but I noticed that the pedometer wasn’t tracking my steps accurately and also the time wouldn’t always come on when I lifted my wrist. It was comfortable to wear to sleep for the 3 days that I’ve had it and it seemed to track my sleep pretty well. Another thing that I didn’t like was you cannot return a text from the watch. Other than that it looks almost like an Iwatch and doesn’t weigh too my SIL didn’t know it was a knock off. It’s a good alternative to an Iwatch and could be a good alternative for a kid or teen if you don’t want to shell out the money.
