Nice little smart watch. Step 1, you need to install the companion app for the watch (instructions are in box). Not sure you can text from watch, but can make calls and hear the calls from the watch. Connect via Bluetooth. Has some configure options while using the app. Has health rate and other health options on the watch. Very cheap alternative for a nice smart watch.
