I bought this digital watch a few weeks ago and so far it has exceeded my expectations. The screen is clear and easy to read, even in low light, thanks to the backlight feature. When I first got the watch, it was great - low cost, a lot of functionality. The user manual was limited but I was able to play around and discover functionality. Then, after about six weeks of use, either the charging cable failed or the watch battery was no longer able to hold a charge. So, at this point, after six weeks, the watch was unusable. I couldn't find any way to contact the seller and it is just outside of the Amazon return window. I would have hoped that there'd be a six or twelve month manufacturer warranty but I can't find any info about that. Update: I cleaned off the terminals on the charging cord and battery and it seems to charge now. I'm surprised that that fixed it.

Being an old guy, I never thought I needed or would like a smartwatch. My children have smartwatches. However, there is little chance I will use any of the fitness options. Still, I love gadgets. I saw the very low price of this smartwatch and thought it would be a way to test out having one with little investment. This watch is worth every penny and more. It does everything I need, specifically ending the need to dig my phone out of my pocket every time I needed it. The build quality of this watch is outstanding. Of course, I experienced a learning curve, but now I can't imagine liking a more expensive one more.

After 2 weeks of use it won't charge. I have to constantly fiddle with it to connect so it can charge. It's not worth the sale price I paid and I'm sorry if anyone ever paid full price for this watch. I'm not happy at all. Also the fact the there is no other way to charge this watch is crazy to me. You have to use this unique charger that's magnetic and if you lose it or break it you're incapable of charging your watch. If I could simply charge my watch on a universal charging station id be happy. Don't waste your time. No pun intended.

I recieved my new watch ads an teething it now. I have tried many different smart watches and none seem to do everything I want well. Either it's the battery line or features or phone capabilities or connection issues. This watch so far is not at good at I had hoped. When you get a message the screen does not display unless you live and then you have to wait. The phone function is strange. If you answer on your watch you can't switch to the phone units you disconnect. If you turn off the phone feature then you can't answer. Not very good. You have to also turn off audio or you phone will play your music and you can't listen on Bluetooth headphones. Both of those are critical for me. Some functions are on the phone and done are in the app. That should be available both places. Settings are limited in the phone. I'm don't know yet how the battery line will be, only time will tell. I find the cheaper watches have longer battery life and the better quality have nice shorter. I'm not sure why that is, especially if you are paying so much more. I would look around a bit more
