I use this every morning for my daily walks and it works really well. The on device menu is ok and fairly easy to navigate but I wish I could use it without the app and just as a device. It also does not remember the last activity in app, which I've had to stop and restart. So thats why I'm taking away a star. Overall I think its a solid choice if you need a cheap smart watch that does basic things. One other positive, I like that I dont have to have an account to make everything work. This watch has many basic features that all other watches in the market provides for anyone who is interested if they will make commitment to simply get moving without spending a lot of money for the branded watches. I ride a bike and do exercise and this watch has setting for that and where i can set the amount of time and it will tell me how many calories were burned. There are many other features for tracking like walking, sleeping and others. This i a good value watch and also waterproof. First I want to say that, I have no experience with smart watches. I decided to order this smart watch to see if I would like one. This watch is awesome and very easy to navigate. It seems to be made well. My favorite part of this watch is the sleep monitor! I actually like everything about this smart watch except the band. For me personally, I find the band very uncomfortable. I do not like the band. The band looks nice and is made well. I just don't like it to stick to the skin. It's just my personal preference because, I am all about comfort. I would have given this watch 5 stars if the band was softer and made with fabric of some sort. If I can find a different band for this smart watch I will definitely be wearing it all the time. I will recommend this watch. Once in a while, I can't get this to read. Usally do to extract moisture on the arm. Most of the time this item works perfect. I do like the features. Wish I was able to respond to messages that I receive. Easy to figure out. Sounds pretty good. And the Bluetooth range is pretty incredible.

Inexpensive fitness tracker. The actual band is very thin and the watch itself is equivalent to other name brand models. Seems easy to use and programmable. Has a lot of features that I was looking for. I look forward to putting it through my daily routine and see how it holds up.

    • Inexpensive way to get basic but essential smart watch features
I own an old Apple watch Series 3 - I love it but find there are only a few features that I use all the time, and this smartwatch has them. The most essential ones are the phone features (find my iphone, and answer and make phone calls), the timer/alarm functions, and of course seeing the time/date. The reason I got this watch is that my sister doesn't have a smartwatch and refuses to take her phone with her outside when she is mowing the lawn or doing other yard work. She is elderly so I don't think this is a safe thing to do, especially in this heat. This was super easy to set up using her iphone and their app, and it is very easy to answer and make phone calls to those on her contact list. While all the health features that come with this are nice to heave, I don't think she will use them much. They have only 3 watch faces on the watch initially, but you can add others using their app (some you have to pay extra for). So far the only problem has been trying to turn up the volume for the phone (not the ringer, the voice). She has to put the watch right up against her ear to hear calls. I am hoping that this can be fixed by changing some settings on her iphone, but for now it is loud enough as long as she is in a place without a lot of background noise. I subtracted one star for this. The instructions included in the box are minimal and don't help with this issue. ... show more

This is my first smartwatch ever so I have nothing to compare to. My first impression is quite good I didn't expect much due to the fact that this smartwatch is about the cheapest I've ever seen but I got more than I expected. It's easy to set up. The only thing I could not figure out was how to adjust the time since that was several hours off. I had to google it. To make the adjustment I had to resync this with my phone. Pare to phone was easy by the way. It also took me a few minutes to figure out how to charge it. The instructions don't actually say how to do this. In case someone wonders, the charging cord, which is super short by the way, has a magnet. The magnet attracts to a certain spot on the back of the watch. Once you've done it, it is easy. Alexa setup didn't work, even after several attempts. I've lived my life without Alexa so far and I've survived, so I'm pretty sure that not having Alexa is not going to make a difference to me. When the watch turns on, you have to swipe down to see some options. Easy to do. Overall things are easy to figure out. The watch is bulkier than I expected so that will take some getting used to. I'd say this is an excellent smartwatch for someone who has never owned one before. Not only is it easy to figure out, it also is much cheaper than the average smartwatch so if you don't know if owning a smartwatch is for you, this is the one you'd want to buy to try it out. ... show more

My wife wears this one to the gym. We've been noticing a discrepancy with the heart rate number and the data from the ones built into the machines. It does several things okay, but nothing great. It looks similar to an Apple watch, but of course lacks functionality, quality, and integration (as expected based on the price).
