This good quality watch meets all our needs. We will not miss any important phone calls and messages. That is the main reason we bought smart watch for. Beautiful package will let you love this watch from opening. It is easy to setup. The battery life is excellent . Heart rating, blood oxygen and weather function all good. phone voice is very clear and stable. I can talk to fried while I am still playing table tennis. So far we love these watches very much. Definitely recommend. UPDATE we bought this watches three moths ago and still love this watch very much. we have one iPhone and one Android phone. The iPhone seemed has a little problem with " find my phone" function (only one beep). Recently, I have talked to customer service. She suggested me to use "Da fit" App instead of "Huawise fit" App. I switched to Da fit. it works perfectly for find my phone function and also for weather function. Right now I use DA fit App but keep Huawise App in my iPhone. So whenever I have problems that need talk to customer service, I will open Huawise App to talk without link to it, The Customer service is 24 hours on the HUawise App. They are very nice to help us.

So I ordered my watch a few days ago. Everything worked great the first day. It's super easy to set up and use. It looks great, feels good on, made well. Unfortunately the second day it started to have some issues with tlsysyong connected to my phone and the "shake awake" feature stopped working, meaning I had to pust the button every time just to see the time. Requested a replacement and it worked great for the first hour. Shake awake is again not working already. And yes, it's on. But I guess for the price, it's a small inconvenience. Otherwise it's a great watch with great features for the price you pay.

Product seemed good, it’s battery life lasted a while, only had to charge it like 4 times over two months, it was tracking steps fine, but without arm movement, it wouldn’t get an accurate reading. Then it would give reminders to walk around at midnight, sorry but no I’m trying to sleep. The seething on the app said it was from a set time, even after shutting it off, it would still remind me to do things.. not what I wanted to feel while I slept. Onto the sleep tracker, it seemed to work so I can’t complain because I don’t sleep as it is so who knows if it was accurate. Then came the “water proof” so I never had it on in the shower. I rarely put my hand in the pool with it on, (emptying skimmers) and it took a crap after days OUT of water, dry as a bone, literally started to beep and make crazy noises I’ve never heard it make before. That’s when it wouldn’t shut off. Like at all. I tried everything, then the screen wouldn’t register my inputs, it would move in the OPPOSITE direction I would swipe, but it wouldn’t stay. So I finally had enough and had to literally throw it away, it was going crazy. Not to happy. Should have known buying something sold as a smart watch but with a cheap price tag. Sad to say but I wouldn’t recommend using this if you are active.

I like that I don’t have to worry about missing a call or text from my son while at work. It has been great not having to constantly running to the back room to dig out my phone to make sure he hasn’t needed me for anything. I can check my text as they come in and and respond right away if needed and let the one that can wait wait. With it being summer vacation from school I like to know what my kid is up to at all times and love that if there is an emergency that I can reach out and know about it right away and not having to always be running for my phone for no reason. Really I was just looking for something that was waterproof and could read my text or see calls coming in. That was all I wanted in a watch I’m not into all the fancy stuff with bells and whistles because I’m not a person that has the time or patience to figure out how technology works. This watch is simple to navigate and set up and the extra things on here are actually really useful for me. I have struggles with sleeping and this now allows me to give my doctor more answers to how my nights have been and so much more. A really nice feature this watch has that I think is just the best is I can set my phone up to snap a photo walk over to my family or whatever I want to have my picture with and snap the picture from my watch with a simple touch for the watch. I think most moms who like to have photos of their kids can relate to is not being able to have as many pictures with your kids as like because well someone has to be the one to push the snap button and I don’t want all my pictures with my kids to be the same old selfie picture. Also I don’t have to ask anyone to take a picture for me and worry about if they got the angle I wanted or worry about asking them to take it again if it didn’t turn out well. Personally if you want a great watch that is simple and doesn’t cost much at all then this is perfect.
