I lost my charger! You cannot order another one from this company. It looks like other magnetics but other magnetic chargers will NOT stay in place. Watch is serviceable and the app connected just fine. My only criticism that makes it four stars is this. One watch face is customizable for your own backgrounds. There are plenty to download in the app dont get me wrong. However it's a shame the options are limited there I'd have much preferred to have a option to change the clock face from digital to analog along with my own background.

So I wore the watch in the shower and it started glitching really bad. I dried it off and let it sit for about a day and it works fine again. The notifications constantly ahit off but it works pretty well. The issue I'm having the most is the charger.. the one that came with the watch was defective and the makers sent me another one. But now the charger just stopped working. I charger it last on Friday and went to charge it Sunday night and it just didn't work. Completely just stopped working out of no where... I'd like another charger. I love the watch but can't use it if I can't charge it.

I bought this watch in April 2022, it worked great for 3 months then the watch just stopped in the middle of the day. I had over 75% battery left up to that point but figured I would charge it just to see. Nope notta nothing,I have even left it hooked up to the charger for as long as 3 days and it still won't turn on. Save your time and money and don't buy this crap. Customer service??? Ha ha I could never reach anyone. This watch is junk!!!!

This is my second smart watch and for the price this one was a great purchase. However, there are a few problems. On the upside the seller sent me an email before I even received it with instructions on how to set it up which was great because I was able to download the the V Band app and familiarize myself with it before the actual smart watch arrived. The smart watch paired easily with my iPhone 13-Pro and, I was able to download over 200 contacts, the readings were easy to view, it has multiple watch faces as well as customizable watch faces. What I don’t like so far, is that it does not pair completely with the Apple health app and the battery life is not what I had hoped for. Also, attaching the wristbands are a bit difficult since the pins on the two bands that it came with it can’t be removed.

I figured out how to connect my phone to my watch and so far so good. I can receive and make calls and even listen to my music from my watch. However, I do not receive any message reminders. I gave permission for this app and watch to gain my phones information. I have everything bluetoothed and all. Been working on trying to get it right all day and nothing. I bought a different watch before for the first time and it had the message reminder feature but I was unable to have calls. Now with this one (my 2nd watch) I am able to receive calls but no message reminders. It has me really disappointed about smart watches now. Plus the blood pressure checker is not correct. I feel like I've wasted $100 on watches that have me unsatisfied.
