This watch does not continuously track your heart rate. I have had it on for 3hrs and heart rate only changes if I manually test it. Don't recommend if that's what you need it for. I talked to customer service and they told me how to change it and it still doesn't work.

I bought two of this watch, when it was on sale. It turned out to be a great smart watch. I did not buy as a health monitoring devise. It paired easy to my Apple phone. I get messasges, media sounds come over the watch, and I am suprised of the sound quality on this watch . I can recieve and make phone calls. The watch face is very clear HD and a great size. I also can choose from many different watch face designs. The mobile app is easy to use. My only problem is the battery life . It lasts 6 days if I only use it for telling time and messages. If anything else is on, the battery life last a day and a half. Over all my better half and I really like our watches. ... show more
