I was going to give it 5 stars until my husband took his blood pressure and then mine on the watch. We then used two blood pressure cuffs and got vastly different readings, as much as 12 points difference. The only other thing I found was I could not change the personal information from what it said, which was mal. To female. All of the exercises are based for men such as building a 6 pack. I am a 72 year old female and am not interested in doing this so it another unusable feature. I've only had the watches for 3 days. It was easy to set up I have to say. It reminds me to drink more water, the battery life is excellent, it is comfortable to wear. I now am monitor my stress levels and sleeping patterns and length of sleep and it tells me the weather, I can get text msgs on it so I don't have to carry my phone when I am out working in my yard. It keeps track of my daily steps, and my heart rate. I have not evaluated if the heart rate is accurate yet. It also has a pulse oximeter which reads my oxygen levels which I like. At least I am paying attention more to my own health habits. I bought 2 of these watches on a lightening deal for $29.00. For the money it it is worth it to us. The design is lovely. I got the Rose gold and pale pink and my husband has a black watch. I took one star off for the blood pressure accuracy problem and another star off because I am unable to customize that I am a female. It is literally stuck with male and it's accompanying exercises. My husband was able to customize his watch jus fine. The apps are free but the site indicates that the watch will work better if you subscribe. I have not seen an actual customer service rather, it is a list of prior questions and answers. None of them answered what I wanted to ask which as why can't I change male to female and put in the accompanying information. You cannot ask any questions. These are old questions with a response. Does not keep a good charge. You need to charge once to twice a week.

    • Works good has some issues
This item works welll....but in 2 month my charger cord quit and had to be replaced. It also does not track steps if you have a call. It does not keep accurate step counts sometimes. This is great to get a base line and for reminders

This watch quality was good .. the problem I sent it back for was it only stored 8 contacts. I also couldn’t get it to connect to my phone like it said even after all the troubleshooting. Disappointed .

The watch itself is good. The problem is that the wristband falls apart after wearing it two months. Most certainly will not purchase this brand ever again.
