I've been a Fitbit user for years and years. Looking to find a smaller size option and found this watch. It does everything that my Fitbits used to do at significantly less cost. Plus it is smaller and lighter on my ancient wrist. If I could, I'd give it 6 stars, as the customer service followup has been fantastic. Initially the watch face I chose showed an incorrect date, Jan instead of Feb. Also thought it did not have a stopwatch. The manufacturer's reps have been in touch with me about 6 times, showed me where the stopwatch is located, and helped determine that the date problem is with that particular face, not the watch itself. Unbelievable follow up considering the initial cost! Highly recommended. Tried to post photos of the two watch faces, but unable to do so. ... show more

I've only had the watch for a few days, but so far for the price it's a decent watch- the touch screen is nice, it's pretty simple to use overall, I like that I can swim with it on. A few grievances though that 1, the messages are very hard to read. The font can't be made smaller so the words are split across each line. Second grievance is that there is almost every sport for tracking available except weight training. There is an option on the app for "free training" but I don't think you can access that option on the watch for some reason (or maybe it's me?). Finally, I use the swimming tracker and it only counts strokes but not laps from what I can tell and when I use the kickboard it stops entirely (because my arm isn't making strokes) so it says the workout is done and I have to start over. It's a but frustrating but I mostly got it to count steps for a work challenge, so it gets the job done. Overall, decent, but I might try a different one in the future/hindsight (but don't dislike it enough to return it) ... show more

I have looked at many smart watches. When I received this one I was pleasantly surprised. It was so comfortable on my wrist. The wristbands were so soft and the fit was great. Easy to pair with my smartphone and the watch functions were very straightforward and easy to go from one function to another. Despite loving this watch and all its great features, I had to return it. There is no power button on it so the only way to turn the watch on is to carry the power cord along with the plug and plug that into a wall. From there it automatically turns on. That’s the only way to turn it on is with a plug! I have so much in my pocketbook so I don’t want more to carry around! And if the cord gets lost, I wouldn’t be able to ever turn the watch on! I bought this watch for my husband for Christmas. I wasn't sure what to expect as far as quality because it was priced lower, but it seems like a genuinely good product. The paper instructions were a little intimidating, but once I downloaded the app, it was very intuitive. We were able to choose from many watch faces and found the perfect one for him. The watch supplies a lot of information, like heart rate and blood pressure. We haven't had this long, but it seems like a very good purchase and a good value for the money. When I first got the watch, it was very easy to set up. I did have a problem with changing the temperature to Fahrenheit. The App would close on me. It was a long shot (so I thought), but I contacted the company and mentioned the problem with App. They were AWESOME! We were in contact with each other daily. They were really trying to get to the bottom of the problem. They were nice, helpful, and walked me through every step they were taking and every step they wanted me to take on my end. The watch was comfortable to wear and use. The width of the watch face was the best of both worlds for someone with poor eyesight and a small wrist. The fact I could read the font on the watch (unlike other smart watches I have tried) was one of the reasons I bought this watch. It took more than a few tries for GloryFit, my Samsung phone and the bracelet to connect. The apps and functions available were great for the price point. While I did not try the camera function or the watch's waterproof ability, I was even amazed the product offered it due to its more affordable price point. And it even offered another watch band (in a different color) as well in the box. My minor quibbles were the inability for the app to offer temperature at Fahrenheit. I understand the insistence in Celsius at the product is marketed for global use and everybody else uses Celsius. The other minor quibble was how the music app does not enable me to adjust volume. Still not a deal breaker. I did return the watch in the end. It was mostly due to the fact that I was gifted a smart watch that was better enough than this watch. (The gifted watch was at a slightly higher price point to warrant improved features). I have to say the gifted watch's band isn't as comfortable as this watch and does not feature waterproof capability either.
