I love my Smart Ring and it fits perfectly. I wear a size 7 and a lot of the rings from other companies start with a size 8, this company was the only place that have the Ring starting in size 7. At first I couldn’t figure out how to get it to work until it said allow Bluetooth in my health app on my iPhone now it’s working. I have insomnia and it tracks my sleeping which shows me I’m not getting that much deep sleep but more light sleeping. I also love how it tracks my steps, heartbeat and blood oxygen. A must have if it’s what you are looking for in a Smart Ring.

I have to say, the quality of the ring is good, the sizing fit is great, the weight and feel of the ring is excellent, and the return policy is excellent. The essential issue with this ring is the app. It is absolutely garbage. It is impossible to glean any usable insights from it. You can't trend anything, the interface is extremely basic, it's not going to give you any information that will help you in any way. I so wanted this ring to work, but I strongly advise you to look for another option if you want real and accurate stats.

First, the ring didn't fit! I ordered a size 12 based on the instructions for this particular item. My ring size IS NOT a 12, but I decided to order based on the specifics of this item. It was AT LEAST one size larger than would fit my ring finger. I wanted to know about its features, so the sizing issue didn't matter too much, I'd just exchange it. For the record, when you're trying to connect the ring to your cell--DO NOT PAIR TO IT via your phone's BT. The app will not ever see that you have it. You MUST connect to the ring ONLY via the app. The app sucks. It simple, but somehow unintuitive. I hoped that maybe another "smart ring" app would work, but I couldn't get it to. But again, I didn't spend too much time trying. In its native app, there is no logging, it only shows what the stats are RIGHT NOW when you sync with it. I had hoped that it might give me a log or graph of the data (heart rate/etc) over time. NO. Don't expect that. I could only ever get the app to display the very last reading it had--and honestly there was no way to know if the reading that was displayed was the last one the ring provided (IE real time) or the last value stored. I compared the SPO2 (oxygen level) and Pulse with my own certified unit that I know works--This ring was NOT even close to accurate! I hit the "start" button for what seemed like should be real time values, and then held my breath. The first value for SPO2 was 97%. I held my breath for over 2 minutes, constantly clivking "Sync," and my oxygen level never dropped--but DID go UP! Even though my body had no O2 coming in, the app somehow said that after 2 mins of not breathing that my SPO2 had increased to 99% (+2%)--which is IMPOSSIBLE. I do not know if the ring is the prob, or if it's the app, but I CANNOT understand how this item has such high reviews. If you choose to give it a try like I did, make sure you're a Prime member or some way that won't cost you any money to return it. If you care as much about stats as I do, you WILL be returning this. It's a cool idea, and I saw other items purporting to do the same thing. Maybe the others do it better...I dunno. But this one is not worth even a free try. Now I have to go to a UPS store, taking time out of my day, just to get my $60 back. I wish I'd have not taken the risk to try! Difficult to pair, not intuitive. I did eventually get it to , but it took a bit. Samsung Galazy S7. The Android app is garbage. Maybe there's another, I tried looking for a few minutes, but given the fact it didn't fit--I didn't look too far. DID NOT FIT based on the listing instructions for fitment. I have NO CLUE how the ratings for this ring are SO high. Buyer beware. If you try it, make SURE you can return it without costing you anything. I didn't have high expectations for this, but it was so bad that I'm returning it. aybe I got a dud...? 2 Stars only because it looks good.

I recognize that the cost of this device is quite inexpensive compared to other products on the market but even for the cost I have trouble rating this more than a few stars. First I would start with the quality of construction, it looks and feels cheap. If you’re replacing a wedding band or a nicer piece of jewelry this definitely isn’t going to be a good replacement. Second the screen is very obvious and just looks odd. You can see all of the characters even when they’re not on or displayed. The button to actuate the screen is a black square which is also very obvious. Last the sensor for pulse and blood oxygen according to the diagram in the manual should be opposite of the top of your finger but it doesn’t lineup well at all with the screen so if you put the sensor where it belongs on the bottom of your finger then the screen is facing sideways on my finger and the black square for turning the screen on and off is off to the side invisible. I’m guessing this is just a quality control issue but pretty much what I would’ve expected. I’m only giving a three stars because of the price but truthfully I’ll be returning it. The app is part of the issue. Somehow it is report g blood pressure data to Apple Health although this ring says nothing about BP and there is no BP section in the app? Why these all seem to be locked to their own app is a mystery. You can buy this under 50 different brand names but they are the same. If you see 5 star reviews, you’ll notice they are all Vine paid reviews…
