My first ring is a RingConn 2 that I've owned for a year and I love it. This ring is a very close 2nd. Biometric readings from the two rings have been very similar in comparison. I really like that you can check your blood pressure on the fly with this ring. The app was easy to setup and connect up to the ring, and has been very simple to use and navigate. The ring came with a charging cord and a little charging case that charges my ring fully in about 90 min. The ring's battery has been lasting a little over a week before having to recharge. I have been very pleasantly surprised with this ring so far. I found it to be a very good value for the money.

I bought this to augment my Apple Watch. There are times I’d like a sleeker look but still know my step count. It does all that! Why 4 stars then? Well I wore it while doing a 15 hour drive. Stopping only for bathrooms and gas. The ring however said I walked 30,000 steps…again I drove! So that is my only complaint. It is t an accurate step counter but it will do.
