The app that goes with this ring does not work. I suggest you go with a different type. I have a smart ring that has a dumb app. Do not but this ring if it has the Smart Health app. I have had this ring for less than 2 months and now I have a ring that I can't use because the app stop working.     • Just OK- you get what you pay for
The fit is good and comfortable but the data does not seem correct. Steps are at least 1,000 off from my Apple Watch as is heart rate. It doesn’t pick up workouts and only notes that I wake up in the night if I get out of bed and walk around. You get what you pay for.

I am updating this review after 3 months of owning the product. It has stopped working correctly which makes me super sad. I still stand by my original review about how it is good for very basic functions and it has helped me get used to the chunky size of a wearable I just wish it had lasted longer. I was very happy with this product. Is it perfect 100% of the time ? No. Does it do the majority of what I wanted? Yes. For the price it’s a great way to figure out if you can comfortably wear a smart ring. I was super interested in getting a ring but didn’t want to shell out $350+ for something I wasn’t sure would suit me so I figured I would buy a cheap one to see how I liked the size. I am actually really pleased with this little piece of tech. I think I will eventually upgrade to a more powerful wearable but for now this is great and the battery life on this one lasts longer than the high end rings a couple of my friends have. Do NOT waste your money! I bought this cheap version of the Oura ring and wish I had put that money toward the real thing. It worked fairly well for a few months and then stopped tracking sleep, which is the main thing I wanted it for. I reached out to the company for support with no response.     • Cheap replacement
Poor replacement. Does not connect to other softwares to track sleep, activity, calories, etc. Overall just a cheaper ring. Auro still is the top.
