I don’t normally wear thicker rings but this one is comfortable to wear and doesn’t feel too bulky. I forget I have it on half the time! The instructions are clear on how to wear it and connect it to the app. It tracks my vital signs and even gives a pretty accurate blood pressure reading which was surprising! The battery lasts for several days, I think 5-6 days. It tracks my sleep in great detail, I only wish that I could figure out how to program it to track my sleep during the day as I work night shift. The ring does what I wanted it to do which was track my sleep since I don’t like wearing my Apple Watch to bed. It has monitored blood pressure, steps and everything else very accurately when compared to my watch data I will say that it was beautiful when I first got it and it does scratch so it’s going to look worn fairly quickly. I’ve been wearing it daily for less than a week and it has some obvious signs of scratching, even though I haven’t done anything major with it other than that. I do love it.
