I already purchased one couple of weeks ago. Loved how nice and cute this gunctional device is. ested it with actual pulse-oxymeter and pressure monitor, and it worked. Both work perfectly and give highly accurate readings, and excellent gift to my mom (she is elderly person and I want to have ability to constantly monitor her vitals and this device is perfect compared to bulky medical monitors. So comfy, makes perfect gift for elderly person. Its very handy, comes with travel case, data and charge cable, and lanyard for travel case. Highly recommend it, now I think to buy more for my fiancee and systers.

My brand new smart ring stopped functioning properly after the app prompted a firmware update. It worked for one night before the update, but since then it will only connect while on the charging base. As soon as I take it off the charger, my phone cannot recognize or pair with it at all. Here are the exact issues I’m experiencing: The ring only connects when it is sitting on the charging base Once I put it on my finger, Bluetooth disconnects immediately The firmware update froze and now the ring seems stuck in charging-only mode The app no longer allows me to select a firmware file path like it did during the first setup The ring shows a solid green light on the charger but won’t pair once removed Here’s everything I have already tried: Restarted my phone Deleted and reinstalled the Health Wear app Tried forced reset cycles (removing and replacing the ring on the charger repeatedly) Attempted pairing with the ring both on and off the charger Tried pairing on a second phone Cleared corrupted Bluetooth data/cache as much as my device allows Despite all of these steps, the ring still will not pair or function unless it is physically sitting on the charging base. Can you please advise on the next steps? If this is a firmware corruption issue, I would appreciate instructions for a manual firmware recovery or confirmation if the device needs to be replaced.
