This smart ring is amazing! It looks great (I got the silver one) and is so much more comfortable than having to wear a smartwatch. The health tracking is accurate, sleep, stress, blood oxygen all work great. I love the vibration alerts and the fact that it’s fully waterproof you can keep it on while having a bath! This smart ring is unlike other fitness trackers because it offers soo much more. I was surprised how this ring tracked my sleep throughout the night, into four stages, my heart rate, SpO2 and body temperature. The ring creates a gentle alert if I overdo my fitness regime, and I appreciated any health warning to stay in a safe threshold range. I did sync the ring to my phone and recommend this for extra tailored alerts. I also was impressed that the data stayed with my phone to keep things personal. I also tried different activities, and was impressed how my steps when running and walking were measured. I tried swimming to test how waterproof this ring was, and was happy to see that it continued to measure calories, swimming lengths and heart rate. I highly recommend this ring for all age groups. This motivated me further to continue with fitness goals and monitor how my body functions.
