I was honestly surprised by how much I like this smart ring. It’s a really great alternative to the expensive brand name option out there. It’s very comfortable to wear. I’ve worn it two nights in a row while sleeping and literally forgot it was on. No pressure, no irritation, nothing. The app is easy to use, very intuitive and has accurately read my numbers ( hr,bp, steps, sleep, etc.) It looks clean and minimal, just like a regular ring, and doesn’t feel bulky or “techy” at all. I also really like that it comes with a nice case that’s not only for charging but also for safely storing the ring when you’re not wearing it.     • A smart and affordable way to kick off your health goals
I have some health goals that I want to work on for 2026, so I ordered this smart ring to make some tracking easier for me. I decided on this item (versus the more well known brand) due to my own fickleness with goals and, of course, the MUCH more affordable price. For the price, I think this product is a great introductory product for folks who want to keep better track of their health patterns and stats. The following are some things of note after a week or so of using this: Pros: - The biggest pro for me is that there is no subscription fee for the app! I am tired of having to pay extra for something I already paid for. - As a non-jewelry wearer, this ring is very non-intrusive. I got used to wearing it very quickly and it actually feels weird to me when I'm NOT wearing it. - I don't like to read manuals, so I loved that the set up for this item was very easy and intuitive. You basically just download the app, set up an account, connect the ring, and you're done! - The ring recharges very fast! Cons: - I think the app may be translated to English from another language, so I have noticed wording on some prompts are a little awkward, but it is not hard to understand and doesn't disrupt the experience. I wanted to find an example, but there is nothing to reference in the app's regular interface, so this might be a moot point. Other: - It was interesting how obsessed I became with checking my stats. I have a history of high blood pressure, so I am able to check in on that at any moment. Also, being confronted with how little steps I've taken in the day motivates me to get more steps in. The ring also analyzes my sleep, including how long I spend in "deep sleep," "light sleep," and "REM sleep." Very comfortable. Exactly as described. Have not had a chance to test out the water-resistant yet. Would definitely recommend. Edit: Now that I have been wearing the ring for about a couple of weeks, most of it is accurate. Took showers and washed my hands, and have had no issues. Blood pressure is incorrect. Use an actual upper arm machine for medical accuracy if you are looking for that, but the rest seems pretty accurate. Keep it charged every 4 or 5 days. ... show more

I've just started wearing this ring, but I love it! First, it fits true to size and is comfortable to wear (I wear mine on my index finger). It came fully charged so I could start wearing it right away! The ring box charger (which also came fully charged) is so nice for travel or charging on the go. The ring works really well! I love how it keeps track of my health metrics so I can make sure I'm moving and sleeping enough. It seems accurate and I've had no issues with connectivity.
