I’m very happy with this smart ring. I accidentally put it in the washing machine with my clothes and, to my surprise, it still works perfectly! It tracks steps, heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation very well. The accuracy is pretty good for daily use. The battery lasts about two days, which is reasonable considering all the features. Sometimes the information doesn’t show up in the morning, but all I have to do is refresh the app a couple of times and everything syncs right away. Overall, an excellent and very practical product. Fits and looks like its expensive counterpart. Runs a bit small…had to return the first one. However the first came with a sizing ring so getting e right fit for me was a breeze. Returned first and had my refund/replacement both within a week. For a more accurate blood pressure reading you will need a blood pressure cuff to calibrate the settings a few times so the ring can “learn” your readings properly. Lo peor de todo es que para la devolución del dinero, hay que mandar llevar el producto a un establecimiento en EUA y yo no vivo en Estados Unidos. Lo cual se me hace imposible. I just got this tracking ring this morning and was really looking forward to trying it out. For reference, I’m a size 5.5 in rings, so finding the right fit can be tricky. I ordered a size 6, and honestly, it fits perfectly, especially on my right hand, and on my left ring finger and index finger. Just wanted to share that in case sizing is a concern for someone else. The app gave me a little trouble during setup, but I eventually figured it out. My biggest issue right now is that if I close the app, it stops tracking my steps. It only logs steps while the app is open, which means I have to leave it running in the background all day. That’s a bit frustrating, especially since I usually close my apps to save battery life. I was hoping for something a bit more seamless. Pros: • Affordable compared to high-end trackers like the Oura Ring • Sleek design (I went with the rose gold, which looks great with most outfits) • Comes with rubber ring covers to protect the metal and switch up the look nice touch! Cons: • Doesn’t track steps in the background • App connectivity feels a little clunky • Not quite “set it and forget it” which is what I was hoping for I know it’s a budget-friendly option and some compromises are expected, but I’ve seen other similarly priced rings with smoother app integration. I only went with this one because it was one of the few that offered a size 6. I’m going to give it another day or two, maybe restarting my phone will help, but if it keeps acting up, I may return it. I wish I could say I love this smart ring but it falls short in several key ways. It doesn’t accurately track my sleep which was why I bought it. It misses nights, doesn’t record full sleep hours and doesn’t record my heartrate as well as my Apple Watch does. I do like the blood pressure and O2 tracking but am also skeptical about its accuracy. The ring takes a little getting used to wearing as it’s thick and I can’t close my hand well when wearing it. The charger works quickly and I can easily top up the battery in a few minutes. The ring was easy to set up. It came with silicone covers that I’ve used a few times but don’t find them very comfortable. It’s not an Oura but it is subscription-free and less expensive. The app is very basic and it didn’t seem to sync well at first with the new Apple ios 26. I’ll keep using it in the meantime and hope that the developers work on improving how it functions. ... show more

I absolutely love mine. Ive had it for a week & with no issues. I’ve gotten it wet multiple times while washing my hands/dishes without a problem. It was an easy set up with no subscription needed and the app is easy to navigate. Battery life typically lasts me about 4 days straight. The 3 color silicone covers are a plus. Result numbers are decent, my sleep tracking is a bit off but I wake up multiple times during the night. Blood pressure, heart rate are pretty accurate. I’ve compared my heart rate to my Apple Watch & I typically get around the same numbers. Never really put attention to the step tracking due to always using my Apple Watch for workouts. I only lose connection of the ring when the battery dies. Other than that I recommend this ring rather than spending +$500 for another brand. ... show more

    • Does Not Track Daytime Sleep!
I ordered this ring to track sleep and steps. I didn't expect too much at the price point. The app is not very good, however it does seem to do a very good job tracking both sleep and steps. The HUGE problem for me is that it does not track daytime sleep at all. I work third shift and wanted it specifically to compare my day sleep vs night. This would also not be good for late sleepers etc. It actually does catch short naps 30-40 minutes....but only during nighttime hours. I am very disappointed in this. Other than that I think its great! It seems like a simple software update for the app could easily resolve this! ... show more

Bought this for me and it was so good I had to buy my sister one for Christmas! The fraction of the price for this oura dupe. The app is free no monthly subscription needed. The battery life last a few days without needing to be charged.
