The ring is connected to an app. It tracks your activity, sleep (with sleep cycles), heart rate (and rate variability), blood oxygen, stress rate, sports and workout, and menstruation cycle. I think it is accurate for the most part. The activity and heart rate might be slightly off compared to an Apple Watch or the Apple health app. It functions well. The battery might last up to a week on one charge. I got the black ring. It looks nice. It’s shiny and it fits well. I usually wear size 8 and I ordered an 8. I picked this up because I mainly wanted a way to track my sleep, but I just could not get comfortable wearing a watch overnight. I figured a ring might be easier since I’m already used to wearing rings, and that ended up being exactly the case. This feels light enough that I don’t really notice it once it’s on, which made a big difference for me. I’ve mostly been using it just at night, and so far the tracking has been surprisingly solid. I actually wore it side by side with a smartwatch for a few nights to compare, and the sleep stages and heart rate readings were very close between the two. That gave me a lot more confidence in the data, especially since this is priced quite a bit lower than some of the more well-known options. Fit-wise, I’ve been wearing it on either my index or middle finger depending on the time of the month and how much water I’m retaining.
