This is a very rudimentary device with a lack of documentation and detail. The description is misleading relative to "continuous HR tracking" it appears to continuously display HR when synched with the App, but only stores data every 5 minutes, not useful for any meaningful analysis of workouts or workload. No summary data relative to resting HR, max HR or average recorded - you will have to try and decipher this yourself. I don't think the engineers behind this understand how this data should or could be used. Will be returning the two items. When a device website or info fails to define the sampling rate in its literature that should put you on high alert! No direct contact info or company name that you can research. Would have given half a star if it was allowed!

I bought this Smart Health Wristband and used it for 3 months and then it died. I recieved good data when it was alive, but could not handle the climete in Hawaii It suddenly in the middle of the day when exposed to the weather.

I was excited to try this product to track my sleep, but unfortunately, it stopped working after just one week. Really disappointed with the quality.

It seems to function pretty well overall. The step count is accurate and the battery life is great (I have charged it once in 2 months), but the app is not great and it constantly syncs improperly with Apple Health. If I get 15,000 steps with this device, the app communicates it twice (so Apple Health reads 30,000). I have manually corrected it a few times, but it is a pain in the butt. I wish it was easier to find replacement bands/bicep bands too, but that's not a huge deal.

New Update: super sad that I had to come back to update that my tracker stopped working suddenly. Bummer, because I really thought this would replace Fitbit for me. UPDATE: have been using this tracker for a couple of months now, and it is, no lie, the best tracker I have owned. -It works seamlessly with Apple Health -Battery life is weeks, probably a month -There is no stupid subscription -It is waterproof enough that I never take it off I. The shower -No screen, and no stupid notifications I didn’t want anyway -It’s like the good old days of Fitbit, just add in heart rate, O2, blood pressure and a battery that lives and lives If you are looking for a non-watch tracker with simple functionality, this is the one. Old review: Simple tracker that easily integrates with Apple Health. No subscription. No screen. Great battery life. Exactly what I was looking for.

For the price. It does a great job for what I want it for. SP02. Heart rate. Blood pressure. It's not as accurate as a normal blood pressure monitor but it's close. Takes it about every hour.for blood pressure. Heart rate every 5 minutes. Sleep monitoring. Workout I've yet to get complete results. Software is not polished anywhere like apple or Samsung but hey for the price. You can't beat it. Especially for one that monitors blood pressure.

Some features that are advertised don't work like Sleep tracking and there's no 120+ sports either , the app is not that great. Customer service never replies.
