It automatically retakes your measurements at midnight, which I find super helpful for keeping track of changes overnight. The app is designed to be user-friendly—easy to navigate and has an aesthetic layout that makes checking your data feel smooth and not overwhelming. One of the coolest features I have yet to test out is the remote photo capture—perfect for taking group shots or snapping a pic without holding your phone. Lastly, I’d recommend sizing up slightly. I grabbed this ring out of curiosity, thinking it might be another overhyped gadget, but I’ve actually been really impressed. It’s surprisingly lightweight and comfortable. I barely notice it’s on my finger, and that says a lot because I usually can’t stand wearing anything while I sleep. Setup was super easy. Just download the app, pair it, and it’s good to go. No complicated instructions or annoying steps. It started tracking right away, and I didn’t need to mess around with settings. The data it gives is pretty solid. I’ve compared the heart rate and oxygen readings with my smartwatch, and they’re nearly the same. The sleep tracking is cool too. It gives me a breakdown of deep and light sleep, and while it’s not perfect, it’s helpful to spot patterns especially on nights I feel off. Battery life is better than expected. I get a few days out of it before needing to recharge, and charging doesn’t take long, which is great because I’m not trying to babysit another device. The best part is there’s no subscription, which is rare these days. I’ve had other trackers that made me pay just to see my data, but this one keeps it simple and free. I love my ring!! Fits perfectly (I made sure to measure). I wanted a ring to track my exercise and basic health without spending a ton! This ring does all the basics, including sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, and steps/calories/ distance. I also use this to track runs, walks and other exercise. However, you do have to manually “start workout” in the app if you are tracking anything beyond regular steps. Mine is also connected and compatible with the Apple health app. My battery life lasts a few days, but I find a 30 minute period in my routine each day to put it on the charging dock, and always seems to be full battery! Perfect for the basic tracking!!
