This Milavan Ring 2.0 truly tracks sleep and short naps all day long to give a summed up total. The heart rate measurement is accurate, steps counting is acceptable, blood pressure measurement is less accurate than other rings that have this feature that I have tried. That said, all of them are only getting close to medical-grade cuff monitors readings only after calibrations (adjusting systolic and diastolic numbers in calibration page, so that when the ring makes new measurement, it matches or close to the cuff monitor reading), and only if you don't change your exertion or heart rate. Ie lying in bed. The tech is not quite there yet, that's why others name brands don't have it. But for me, it's still somewhat useful. The battery life is ok, for mine size 10 it lasts 3, 4 days. But it is better for you to keep it between 30-80% charge all the time by quick charges whenever you are in the shower, as it is a convenient time to use soap to get it off your finger. ... show more
