It works well, tiny bit inaccurate when you're inside but that should be expected. My main complaint is the plastic shell the device comes in. It's ugly and bulky, and for small animals it's not ideal. I'm thinking about just removing the device from the shell and attaching it to my cats collar another way. Otherwise it functions exactly as advertised, app is free with no subscription and is easy to use.

This product does not work. It is not a GPS tracker and doesn't give real time updates. The app, MyTag, does not work. You can't even set up the device. It has numerous complaints against it on Google Play. Why are they still allowed to sell this device? It is a scam. Do not buy.

I do NOT recommend buying this tracker. My cat is an outdoor cat and he kept getting stuck in trees and I couldn't find him so I got this tracker and it lags so bad...... it said he was half a mile away when he was actually sitting on my porch. The beeping noise worked for a bit but then it just said I wasn't close enough when I was within at least 6 feet of it. The app tells you if your cat is walking or standing still. No matter what my cat was doing it always said he was walking even though he was sleeping perfectly still. I all in all did not have a truly great experience and wouldn't buy this tracker again

Absolute junk!... Couldn't get software to work, wasted considerable time and reentries trying to make it work... Would give it -10 stars if I could... Returning it...
