I wore this bracelet for one month to test. I mostly use it to keep an eye on my sleep and daily activity. The sleep report is my favorite part because it shows deep sleep and light sleep. For steps and workouts, I think it does the job if you just want a general idea of how active you were that day. The battery also lasts a long time. The only thing I would mention is that the heart rate and blood oxygen numbers do not always seem perfectly accurate. I have also noticed that after stopping a workout, the numbers sometimes keep updating for a short time. The tracking functions are very easy to use, especially the sleep monitor which breaks down my nightly rest periods without me having to manually log anything before bed. It sits very flat and comfortably against my wrist, so it doesn't snag on my long-sleeve shirts or scratch my skin while I am tossing and turning at night. The daily step count and heart rate monitor update instantly on the screen, which keeps me motivated to hit my movement goals throughout the day. Navigating through the different sport modes is smooth, and it handles everything from my morning walks to quick home workouts without any lagging. The only minor thing is that changing out the bands takes a bit of patience the first time around since the attachment pins are quite small and tight.
