From my perspective, the advantage of this to to be able to store several small parts/pieces in one case with one handle - for one handed transport to where you are taking it. Otherwise, I find that having to flip this over to access the other side to be slightly (only slightly) cumbersome to access. This takes basically what is two storage sorters and makes them one that is double sided. I think it's a great fishing tackle option because is definitely super portable, and you can see what is in it without necessarily having to open it up and check. I like that the colored dividers are relatively strong and also removable. The the pair of clasps that hold each cover shut hold strong and click securely in to place. However, they don't inspire confidence in the durability factor, and they sometimes swing inward and get in the way of a quick clean close of the cover. I think this is ideally suited for storing, sorting, and transporting lighter parts and pieces, like craft supplies and fishing tackle, however, for heavy hardware I would suggest considering more robust options. ... show more

This storage box has proven to be a versatile and helpful addition to my workshop. While there are a few minor drawbacks, overall, it's a valuable organizational tool. The ample space it provides for small pieces is truly appreciated, and the sturdy latches ensure that it stays securely closed. The double-sided design is convenient, though I did find that the dividers could be tighter to prevent displacement while digging through sections. The flexibility of the dividers is a standout feature, allowing customization to suit various needs. However, the issues with loose dividers, could have been improved with slightly thicker dividers or tapered slots. OK - I have used boxes like this in the past for holding small fasteners around the house and even for storing fishing equipment in so I have some points of comparison. First - plan on airing the box out for at least 24 hours after unwrapping it. It came to me with a very noticeable and strong odor. Airing it out helped to mitigate that odor and I hope it doesn't linger after putting the fasteners inside. Because it is a double sided box, 24 hours on one side, 24 hours on the other. The box overall seems to be well made and is reasonably sturdy. There are two clips that hold each side closed. The lid seems to be reasonably rigid and the dividers are pretty sturdy too. When closed, the box stands well on its own and can hold things stacked on top of it. My primary concern with this box comes down to the dividers. These ones do not stay in their slots well. If you were to lift the box (empty but dividers) and turn it over, the dividers would fall out. I am planning on solving this with a bit of silicone adhesive but if the dividers were a little thicker or the slots tapered to a narrower gap, I wouldn't have to secure the slots by using an external adhesive. Boxes tend to be simple things to review. Do they open and close? Does it have dividers and do they fit? Do the clasps close and secure the lid(s)? and Do the dividers stay in place? Up until the last question - this box was earning star after star. But with loose dividers, all I can rate it 4 stars. ... show more

Overall, I like this Pangyt storage box and love the amount of space it provides for carrying different small pieces. I do wish that the dividers were a tighter fit as they are easily displaced as you are digging through a section trying to find the right screw or nut. This box will be a commonly used piece in my workshop. My father used to refer to boxes like this as his "jewelry box" and he would have been impressed with the amount of space this box offers. I really like the flexibility you get with the dividers in this organizer / tool box. You can totally customize it to fit your needs. You could easily turn it into an electrical parts and tools box, or just a tool box, or a place to sort screws and fasteners. It unfortunately came broken, one of the latches doesn't work because of the break. I'm still going to use it but will need to figure something out to wrap around the handle to keep it closed. ... show more

I’ve already started sorting my miscellaneous screws, wire nuts, picture hanging hooks, etc. into the compartments. The translucent top makes it pretty easy to see what’s in a compartment so you know which side to open. The tray also has removable dividers so that you can make some bigger compartments. After putting a bunch of items in and closing the lid I turned it different directions while shaking it and thankfully everything stayed where I had put it. The tray does everything it is advertised to do, yet it just doesn’t have a solid feel to it. I ordered this as a back up case for my kid’s Disney Doorables collection. This case is honestly- PERFECT! The size, design, sturdiness and portability of it-on top of the price, makes it a tremendous value. The case itself has 34 compartments but as we discovered-because Doorables are so small-you can easily fit 2 or more in each compartment, as well. And what I really like about this case, it keeps them perfectly secure inside also. So if you are taking them on the go, you don’t have to worry about them being a jumbled mess when you re-open it. The case is well made, with good quality materials. It is nice and sturdy, with a hard case to protect the precious contents and keep them safe. The overall design is great and it’s easy for kids to pack it up on their own. And the case has two latches to keep it locked and secure. Plus, with the plastic, you can easily see inside the case while it’s closed, too. And not just Doorables-I am considering buying a couple more for my daughter to use to organize and keep her beads and bracelet making materials in. So this is great for tools, toys, crafts and more! Good sized plastic storage organizer. This is a 2 sided organizer with changeable storage compartments. You can remove the blue divider pieces to make the comparments longer or wider. The plastic clasp closure is strong and it stays closed very well. The lid is clear plastic so you can see through it a little bit. I have another name brand organizer that was more expensive and this does as good of a job but for less money. It is nice that the compartments are covered by a clear strong plastic that allows you to see what is in the compartments. The front latches are sturdy. There are trays on the top and bottom so you have plenty of compartments to separate your miscellaneous pieces. The trays have removable dividers so if you have larger pieces or a lot of the same piece, you can adjust for that. This is really the only way to organize your items. ... show more

Initial impressions were that this case is much bigger than I perhaps imagined it was. That initial shock disappointment turned to satisfaction when I realized just how much I would be able to cram into this to carry with me when doing work around the house. I’m not just talking the selection of screws, nuts, bolts, connectors, cables and zip ties necessary, but also - VERY conveniently - a handful of the smaller hand tools required to do the actual work with. This is possible thanks to the removable section dividers which essentially gives you the full width of the case to store something. Great for screwdrivers, wrenches and the suchlike. I’m amazed at how ‘tidy’ my usual work area is now, previously a mess, the result of doing a job and continually returning to the bench to drop off and find new tools. Nice little case. Lots of bins, removable dividers. Decent clasps that hook well. Not sure about the double sided design. But, I thought I would try it out, anyway. It is well made and there is no space between the lid and the dividers, so no mixed up parts.

I love using this style of case to organize fasteners like nuts and bolts and nails. This is a good size for all of your smaller stuff. I like that the dividers keep things separate when you flip it over. I've had some cases where the divider isn't tall enough and it lets things from one bin fall into the other bin when you flip it. I also like the quality of the latches. I don't worry that it's going to fall open accidentally and spill stuff everywhere. This would also be really good for organizing jewelry making supplies like beads. I would highly recommend for the price. ... show more

I loaded this with some non-delicate parts first and banged it around a little to see if I could knock the cover loose but everything stayed tight. I put in some tiny heat-set nuts (about 5mm across) and even those didn't move between the different chamber with shaking, so the tolerances are good enough to prevent that. Everything feels pretty stiff, and the barriers between segments are easy to remove if you want a larger bin space. Honestly can't think of anything I would change! I had boxes of all kinds of screws and nails laying around. I wanted to clear some space and have them all in one place so they were easy to find when I needed them. This box made that possible. Lots of room for just about any of your smaller items. You can also move the dividers around to make larger compartments if need be. I found the depth of the compartment sufficient for my needs. The biggest plus is the lid shuts snug so there's no screws or nails falling into other compartments when you pick the box up and carry it. The latches aren't that heavy duty but still work as intended. This would also make a good craft box as well. I can see it having many uses. So far, I'm happy with it.
