The bag itself is beautiful but the seller ships it in a plastic bag and it arrives crushed and damaged because the seller doesn’t have the common sense to ship it in a box. The second bag arrived damaged from the shipping, the cross body strap was missing and the stitching on the bag was ripped. Purse will be returned and I will have to find a different seller that knows how to ship their product. ... show more
