So, I use it for school. I don't use the crossbody feature due to the purse's shape. I got this to match with my friend and it works perfectly! The only thing is, it is a bit on the smaller side so I wouldn't use it for anything else besides school since I don't need to fit much in it. I really like the size of this purse. It is very stiff though, and since the inside does not have a divider everything gets jumbled inside. I purchased an organizer for inside, hoping that solves that. Wish it had a lining with a divider.. Other than that, I really like it.

This bag was packaged well. Stuffed with a good amount of paper to maintain its shape and covered in protecting wrapping. Came with a garment bag for storing safely. I am impressed by the quality of the bag, especially the inside liner. I like how the gold brand label on the front is small and delicate. The color is exactly as expected, a soft pink, erring on the side of a nude pink in my opinion. Large dunkin cup next to it for size reference. No issues with strings sticking out, zipper malfunctioning or anything like that. The strap that comes with it looks great too. Just a really cute, good quality purse.
